Order Placed Without Authorization
I was checking out the site, marked one tattoo and was continuing to shop for additional items. I received an important phone call and exited this site without providing any information (no name, no address, no payment information). A few hours later, I noticed an email confirming an order. It was for the one product I had selected, but, again, I had provided no information to complete an order. (The order information, including name, address and card information, was provided Inkon by the SHOP app, with no authorization by me.) I immediately responded to the email, asking for the order to be canceled and money refunded. Inkon responded quickly with confirmation of cancelation and refund. Although this error was due to another app, I appreciate the quick response from Inkon.
