I've been ordering from Inner Decay for years and have over a dozen of patches and pins--all high quality items. I've emailed the seller questions about my purchases and receive a response within 24 hours. The prices are reasonable and shipping has always been really fast. I've even received some bonus items! Totally recommend their weird ass stuff. :)

I've ordered from Inner Decay maybe 15 times over the last few years, and every experience I've had has been great. The items are shipped quickly, there are bonuses thrown in, and the quality of the pins is top-notch.

Inner Decay is a one-man show, and Morgan is pretty transparent when there will be delays or other disruptions (cough tariffs cough). Just follow ID on social media, and you'll get a pretty good window into the operation. AND, it will highlight that you are buying real art from a real human that is making things that come out of his brain. So, y'know, real people need some grace now and then. This isn't coming from some fulfillment center.

Anyway, I have bought a lot from ID and will continue to buy from them because the stuff is original and cool and unlike basically anything else that is out there.

Great quality patches! I especially love their art history series and I get compliments on my Garden of Earthly Delights patch all the time. Shipping is reasonable considering I’m in the US and there’s all sorts of tariffs and garbage to deal with on my end. Will definitely buy from them again?

Excellence customer service, and products!

I’ve been ordering patches and pins from inner decay for years and they’re the best. A mix of funny and dark with some art history mixed in to get you cultured. So go buy a Jean jacket, cut off the sleeves and sew on some innerdecay.

I have ordered from Inner Decay several times over the last few years and each time has been an excellent experience. The product is unmatched, of course! But also it's been promptly shipped (or when it couldn't be the vendor gave a heads up to all customers about postal strikes or similar delays and tried to work around these), and if I have a question it gets answered quickly. I should point out (heh) the points system is one of the most generous out there, so you can cash in for really solid discounts. Great business and highly recommend!!

Shipping is problematic. They do not tell you that items are being shipped from Canada and severe delays are the norm. Customer service response time is about 72 hours and did not address any of the issues. I asked for a refund due to the two weeks sitting at the Canadian boarder. The request was ignored.
