I have been hear on a few occasions I can say I have received amazing customer service and great kindness especially Robyn always a pleasure.

I’ve just been back to Innersense Aesthetics Clinic in Wetherby for my three-week follow-up after my third round of Botox, and as always, I was treated exceptionally well. Heidi and Jane are such wonderful, welcoming, and beautiful, kind souls, I immediately feel comfortable with them and genuinely enjoy seeing them each visit.

I first went in January 2025 as a complete newcomer to Botox and wasn’t sure if it was for me, but now I’m completely converted! They made the whole experience so reassuring, personal, and positive. Every appointment feels like catching up with old friends.

I couldn’t recommend Innersense more highly, they make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Life’s too short, and I can honestly say I’m so glad I took the step.

Being using innersence for over a year now and I feel completely safe in their hands. Reception staff are always warm and friendly, rooms always clean, happy to reschedule when things change. All staff seem to be super qualified, I use Jane mainly just because I started with her and she knows my areas, lovely lady, very reassuring and informative… really cares about getting the best out of procedures for you and super clean !!
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start their journey of treatments… they also keep up to date with newer procedures and constantly trying to provide many many options for better skin care.

Brigid puts you at ease with the treatments and she answers all questions and makes you feel confident and relaxed.

I have Caci with Brigid. She is very professional and easy to talk to. There are different levels and pricing of Caci and my treatments are monthly and the level of my treatments are rotated. I feel that my skin has improved with these treatments and that my skin is smoother.
