No ROI
No ROI. As another reviewer said previously, they wouldn’t have these ironclad contracts if the had a product that was working and in demand. When COVID crippled our small business and I began trying to trim unnecessary spending, this was an obvious place to trim since it’s netted us $0 and cost us plenty. The contract has us essential stuck for five years, three more at that point when I reached out, and there are no options but to keep paying for something useless to us while we struggled to keep making payroll and the doors open. Run, run as fast as you can.
After posting a review on Google a couple years ago, I found that virtually everyone had the same experience and got a "canned" response to the effect "we've done our very best to help companies through these tough times while managing our own business environment". By that they mean they've made ZERO concessions or done anything at all differently. They got every dollar that was committed to and meanwhile we suffer with an ironclad contract that wouldn't be so necessary if they had a product that was working or in demand. The single worst business decision/relationship of the past 20 years in business. Total waste of nearly $24k that sure could've been used elsewhere.
