Allan & James arrived on time and were very friendly, undertaking the replacement of 2 drain hoppers in a very professional manner and with a minimum of mess. On completion they tidied up the work area and left it in a very good state.

There was lots of problems ,but they just found a resolution to them all.
I had 3 visits.
first visit stopped the leak. 2 men ( sorry forgoten your names) unblocked my drain by hand.Each of there staff were supportive,especially Kim who dug by hand and replaced the drain on the 3rd visit . He even worked round access problems, thank you kim.
Had to come through house and made no mess.

Even the office staff kept me up to date on everything.
I had just come out of hospital when my soak away collapsed and it flooded in my downstairs wet room and they looked after me,supported me through a disaster and all the team were amazing.

I have never had a seamless experience with Innovation. Every interaction comes with a new excuse or problem. One day my VIN number is “incorrect,” the next my service is declined without explanation, or I’m told my warranty doesn’t cover repairs it clearly should.

It is completely unacceptable for one claim to take months to resolve. The level of incompetence and lack of urgency displayed is shocking. The service I have received has been nothing short of pathetic.

What’s even more disrespectful is how difficult it is to get hold of anyone. I’ve spent days—sometimes from Friday until the following Wednesday—trying to reach a consultant. When I finally get through and explain my issue yet again to a new consultant, the call is dropped. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence.

This cycle is exhausting, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Innovation has shown zero regard for customer time or service standards. Frankly, it’s very clear why your HelloPeter ratings and online reviews are as bad as they are.

I expect this matter to be resolved immediately, but based on my experience so far, my confidence in this company is completely gone.
