Paid for some corduroy trousers on 27th October, no tracking after 28th October, tried to get a refund have to wait 25 business days plus another 2 days before I apply for refund. pay buyers fee to insure the parcel, pay for post and pay for item, it all adds up, but no parcel. I will never use in post or Vinted again.

What a total sham! Posted shoes I’d sold on Vinted on 2/9/25 from Grimsby to Manchester, and they’ve still not arrived and it’s 15/09/25. No help whatsoever. I’m totally out of pocket, no money & no shoes. Never use InPost or Vinted again. Somebody on the inside must be a thief.

Lockers were broken so couldn't access my goods. Went back when they were working and managed to speak on phone to someone who opened a locker but parcel wasn't mine. No further help or confirmation that goods had been returned to vendor so now not able to get refunded and Inpost just say contact vendor, vendor says contact Inpost

Easy to do a return! Fast and fuss free

Packaged not even delivered to my home to but to a shop. They only gave me 3 days to pick it up. I was out of town and there was no way to divert or extend. Poor, poor, experience.

Use this for Vinted parcel collections, so easy to use and convenient. Only use this service as delivery drivers have become unreliable. Can’t stress how easy this is, you don’t need to download app as I have too many on my phone, just need your contact number and code they give you and voila door opens

I’d give ZERO ic possible!! Buyer from Vinted chose InPost. I went out of my way to find one. Used ‘digital’ label, put in box, closed box. But….. hey ho…. Inpost has LOST it and now bling ME for not putting it in the box correctly?!
Now buyer has been refunded and im left out of pocket 😡 AVOID So many other excellent courier services.

Cada vez que tengo que hacer un envío o devolución por In Post, es una tortura.
Hay que dedicar mucho tiempo a encontrar un sitio donde lo acepten.
Es habitual que, cuando llegas a un sitio que figura en la página de In Post, te digan que ya no trabajan con esa empresa.
La última vez, hace sólo dos días, recorrí tres sitios, a los que tuve que desplazarme a pie, y a bastante distancia unos de otros. En uno de ellos, ya no aceptaban In Post. En otro, que figuraba en la página como que no necesitaba llevar la etiqueta impresa, me dijeron que, sin etiqueta, no me lo admitían. En el tercer sitio, que también figuraba como que no hacía falta llevar la etiqueta, me la imprimieron allí, pero me cobraron 0,40 € por la impresión. Es la fotocopia más cara que he pagado en mi vida.
