Do Not Order through TikTok. Even though you hit no for the extras, they say the order is one amount and then charge you 3 different amounts and it's on a subscription. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and was able to cancel the order. RipOff Scam!!!

Product colours are not as bright or vibrant as the images on the website, plus there was a promise of 100 free cones per order, these did not arrive:(

Horrible service. Ordered waterfall 2 weeks ago, still has not been delivered. Company responds to you by email with condescendingly not providing any service or assistance. Just went ahead and purchased on Amazon & arrived in the timeframe I needed. Website and company are a total scam.

Beware! They say you signed up (I never checked that box and they can't give me proof I did) for a monthly service and when you cancel again the service, it is your word against theirs and they continue to charge. Very unethical and the waterfall product didn't have a hole in the top so the product never worked. No refund or replacement. Please do not deal with this company. Please.

Well I had realized after I completed my order with the inscents waterfall company I realized my shipping address was incorrect so I reached out to them and provided them with the correct shipping address and by the next morning they had put the correct shipping address on my order

I ordered this incense burner and extra cones on the 22nd of March. I still hadn't received the order on April 3rd. I saw the ad again on Facebook on Sunday April 3rd I made a comment that I had ordered mine almost 2 weeks before and hadn't received the order. I figured I was out my money. On April I had a message from the company asking me to send my order number and registered email so they could see where the problem was. I had never received an order number so I sent them my email and the day the money was taken out if my account. I received my burner today along with 400 cones. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and very impressed with the customer service. I will definitely do business with the company again.

I thought I had ordered too much, and I actually did, didn't mean too. I emailed the company trying to dispute the charges and get my money back, once the representative emailed me back and told me the situation and the deal I actually received and not to mention the politeness and the quickness of how they responded was extremely sweet and appreciated. So I actually decided to keep everything I ordered instead of getting refunded for the extra bags of cones I bought. I'm so excited to receive my order.

The inscents smell good. I had a couple of them that were broken. The smoke does not travel below the 2nd level. Inscents do not last for a good while.

I received my inscents waterfalls the other day. Unfortunately, one of them was shattered during shipping. I contacted inscentswaterfall.com and received a personal response and resolution within 24 hours. I was very satisfied with their customer service. I am now waiting on a replacement. I also want to add that the waterfall effect is breathtaking. I absolutely love this product.

I received my inscents waterfall. The essential oil cones are amazing! I'm loving trying the different cones. The waterfall and essential oil cones are so relaxing. I have already recommended these products to family and friends!

I ordered one a month ago and have yet to receive it. Customer service is polite but not helpful. I have asked for a refund, and they keep telling me it is to be delivered by the end of the day. This has been for five days,

Their incense products did not work and now they won't give me my refund. My son mailed the package with the order information inside of it. They say there is no way for them to know if it got returned without checking the tracking number to see if the warehouse received it. My son lost the receipt and now they say they can't refund me because I don't have a tracking number. If they can only tell if an item was returned based on a tracking number, that means the warehouse is not theirs and a third party. They are thieves and have stolen not only $83 dollars from me but $20 for shipping the items back. On top, the items never worked to begin with. So angry right now.

Had an address change request and customer service was quick to reply and correct the address for me. They were great!!

So I wanted to say I had a misunderstanding with the company and they was on top of fixing it asap, i got full cooperation and the issue was resolved instantly also the professionalism they have is amazing I really can't explain how great there team is, thanks Inscents!

The shipping could have been faster but that was in no way their fault. DHL has always been slow shipping to my area. The little voodoo incense burner is adorable and I love it. The intense cones smell nice but since they're mixed they all smell the same but for a free bonus product they're good quality. I'd definitely buy from them again.
