Super helpful and incredibly fast delivery, came just as designed. More than happy with the product. The chain wasn't as good as I thought, with a weaker cheap clasp. But all in all, the actual pendant was amazing and really nice. THANK YOU!

I had to replace a previous order
I had to replace a previous order, when I contacted inscripture they found my original order and asked if it was to be identical, and if so to say on my order form and they gave me the original order number. The replacement arrived 2 days later

I love my necklace with my late…

Bracelet
From time of order to delivery was terrific. Communication regarding a picture I had uploaded was also excellent but the bracelet itself is too dull for me. It was the only bracelet that I could see that held ashes, could print a picture and engrave. I also have a robin attached. These aspects of the bracelet I’m extremely happy with but the bracelet has the tarnished look (where cleaning doesn’t help) which I don’t like

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I ordered a bracelet featuring my dad’s handwriting for my sister, and it turned out even more special than I could have imagined.
From the very beginning, the team were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They reached out quickly to make sure everything about the design was just right, even suggesting small adjustments so the final piece would look perfect rather than awkward. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out.
The bracelet itself is beautifully made — high quality, elegant, and clearly crafted with meaning in mind. Delivery was also very fast, and communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made everything feel smooth and reassuring.
But most importantly, the impact it had was priceless. When my sister opened it, she was completely overwhelmed — emotional, happy, and genuinely touched. It’s such a meaningful piece, and it meant more to her than I can properly put into words.
