Schneller Kundenservice(Fehlendes Pack ersetzt+ 1Pack geschenkt)
Hatte mir eine Box bestellt mit 12 Packs wo leider 1 Pack gefehlt hat. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice wurde mir erklärt, das dies das verschulden von Panini selbst im Verpackungsprozess wahrscheinlich ist. Daraufhin haben sie mir das pack ersetzt und sogar noch ein Extra Pack hinzugefügt. Sehr guter Support.

False advertising. Most clothes (and I’ve ordered over $200 from this company) are not as advertised. They’ll say “linen” when in fact it’s 100% polyester. They’ve got all my money they’ll ever get and I hope to deter others from wasting theirs with this review. BUYER BEWARE!!!

No order. No updates. Scam!
I placed on order on 4 Dec 22. I've had no update on this order.. Sent an email chasing this on the 14 Dec 22. Still no update. Second email sent today (20 Dec 22).
I appreciate there's currently Royal Mail strikes, but the lack of communication is terrible. I'm beginning to feel I've been scammed and have lost my money.

My niece was over the moon when I gifted her the Exploding Kittens game. In fact, we started playing right away and it was fun.

You need to correct the number of…
The website and service was great, the game was in excellent condition.
You need to correct the number of players for Dixit on your site. It should be 3-6. I feel the delivery charge is too high, especially since you don't have a pickup option.

Thanks to Inside the box, I was able to safely send gifts to the children in my family while distancing. Love the variety offered. Have ordered from them twice and will probably order again!
