I have used insight on multiple different occasions but this most recent delivery had been the worst I have ever experienced from any site on the internet, I placed an order which came pretty fast but my mass gainer was missing and they claimed it was shipped separately. Well we are a week later now and they have stopped replying to my emails and the shake still hasn’t shown up.. because they made the really bright decision to put all of the shipping under one label this means I cannot track my shake and with how unprofessional they have been about this I doubt they have even shipped the full order. Now I have no tracking info and they are ignoring the emails so I would be really careful when ordering from this place.
Update, they are now trying to blame me for them messing up.. I have not refused a refund at all. I waited an extra two days like they asked to see if it showed up and still nothing.. also still being ignored but they managed to go on and look over the info on my account.. yet again proving my entire point. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP

Hi Duane, we on occasion ship the other product from our other warehouse we partner with. We can't input the tracking for that item until the following day but it gets sent the same day. You didn't believe that this was true which I think is very harsh seen as you've placed 11 other orders with us and had no problems.
Since your email that arrived the day after the order we have offered you a refund or to resend the item that is missing. You turned down the refund after asking for one originally.
We can happily refund you for the product or we can resend it. We have no reason to not send the product.
Really sorry you've had a poor experience with us this time out of 12 orders and we will make sure it doesn't happen again.
I purchased £180 worth of products from insightsupps, to which dpd did not deliver (no fault of insightsupps I appreciate this) however very slow communication back and forth. Asked for a refund a week ago, still no refund. Have had to contact my bank in regards to this and still nothing!

These guys stock a huge amount of products, and some of the best tasting whey isolate I’ve ever had! The prices are spot on, 2kg tubs for a similar price to what some high street shops charge for 900grams! For me it was a no brainer!

Customer service like no other. Retail is a transactional business usually but not with the Insight team, they have a genuine passion for there industry and go to great lengths to ensure you get what you need when you need it. Even if this is new to you in terms of supplements, reach out and ask there advice, they wont just sell you anything, they will walk you through options and its that tailored approach that has won them awards and gained a customer for life. There are too many individual circumstances for me to list over the years, but each time I come away thinking what a great business they have there.
I ordered a parcel that unfortunately never arrived. I reached out to their customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. They offered me the option to either have the items resent or receive a full refund.
Their prompt and understanding approach made a frustrating situation much easier to handle. I opted for the reshipment, and within no time, my parcel was on its way again. Overall, I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and their fast action in resolving my issue. Highly recommend!
