Prices are inflated but transparent. Was told they could cancel order anytime before shipment, proceeded to ask for said cancellation twice, no replies until item shipped a week later. But I did get my package. Disappointing experience overall

My wife paid £9.99 for next day delivery for 7 badges.
Placed order after 12 noon cut off on Wednesday 30th July, package arrived today Saturday 2nd August. Contacted seller today for refund on postage as our contract is with them not DPD.Date posted 1/8/25. Got the brush off blaming DPD, not a bad little earner if you get few more people to mug off….very disappointing service.

Super well packaged to ensure safe delivery - exactly as described! They stocked some very specific items so good for gifts.

I had a few issues with Royal mail giving me instructions on when they'd be delivering the parcel, when I realised it wasn't arriving I messaged Inspire Newquay. I was initially annoyed having waited in every day due to our local mail men leaving deliveries on our door instead for the world to take (which happens a lot). Andrea responded to let me know that the item wasn't actually due until the following weekend, and that the tracking had been updated so I could follow it. The item was well packaged so no delivery damage and they were fast to respond.

Following an enquiry regarding my order i received very prompt reply and received within a couple of days

The experience at first with Inspire was a bit rocky. 40% over RRP for pre-ordered two ETBs and when they arrived one of the ETBs was pretty damaged (badly damaged lid and the cardboard holding dice, sleeves etc in place was squashed too.)

Reached out to Inspire and came to a solution of a partial refund for the damage. Not a terrible experience, not one I’d do again.

Review is 4 stars since I can’t blame Inspire for damaged product entirely since it could have been damaged at any point whether transit to the store or to me. And the support team were relatively fast to get back to me. Other than the problems everything else was fine. Delivery time was good, support team helped me as much as they could, just a little pricier for the product considering the packaging was utterly abysmal.

Excellent team of people! Bought a single 151 JP booster lucky me I pulled the wortortle but had other enquiries in the past that was all settled promptly! Will definitely order again in the future, would like them to have JP booster boxes but that's something I'll keep an eye out for
