My first purchase back in March 2023 was a Mulberry handbag. The service was amazing including great communication and speedy delivery. Since then, I’ve gone on to place another five orders (Jimmy Choo heels, Jimmy Choo espadrilles, Chloe sliders, Isabel Marant bag, All Saints hoodie). Again, communication with the Instant Finds team has been great and the items have promptly been sent to me. When I lived in London, I was able to pop up to Bicester Village on a regular basis. I now live in Scotland so it’s great to be able to rely on the Instant Finds team to get me some bargains from the Village!

Good, speedy service overall and I have since recommended the company to my friends who have been happy. However, my experience has left a bit of a concern for me.

I bought a product before the website went live so the terms and conditions probably were a bit blurred at the time. The product was not right for me and I asked for a return as there were other interested parties. Jack agreed to this and I was asked to send the item directly to the new buyer. However, I was refunded only a portion of the total I paid - at no point was I made aware of this deduction - roughly minus a 25-30% commission. I enquired about this particularly as the company will have received a commission twice and I’ve been left out of pocket (postage to new buyer etc). Jack did not respond to this and simply ignored the message. This is has obviously left a sour taste and I am reluctant to buy again. I think the refund policy is not in line with distant selling rules.

For some products on the FB page you have to send a DM for pricing and this also puts me off - why the lack of transparency?

I wish them well and I hope they sort out these few issues as this can be a great opportunity for customers who cannot get to Bicester but since Bicester have a virtual shopping option, I’ll be sticking to that until their policies have improved.

I ordered a Mulberry bag from the website. It was a great price. I placed my order on a Tuesday lunchtime, my bag arrived on the Thursday lunchtime.
