Instantfitshutters Avis

received our new shutters this week and they are incredible they look and fit perfectly absolutely transformed the room , highly recommend and will be ordering again for the rest of the house .

Throughout the entire process from before ordering and after-care services the communication from Philip and the team was impeccable!

It truly is rare to see such outstanding customer service in this day and age.

I honestly could not recommend them more. The shutters fit perfectly and were exactly as we had hoped.

I started ordering for my newly renovated bathrooms as I wanted to finish th room off with lovely shutters. Everything came very quickly and I was excited to put up my new shutters.
I couldn’t get them to fit properly and contacted them to ask a question and explain and was advised by Philip ( who was super helpful) that I had ordered the wrong size clips. He sent out the correct size only asking
Me to pay the postage which I was happy with. They arrived a few days later and my shutters now look perfect!
I’ve since ordered kitchen, living room and bedroom shutters and I can’t wait to put them up!
I’m 60 and not really into DIY but these were so easy to put up even I had no trouble.
I’ve recommended instant fit shutters to my son who has also placed an order.
The communication has been great with this company and I can’t recommend them enough.

Brilliant service from start to finish! I only ordered a teensy one for cloakroom window, but they were wonderful & cared as much about my small order as any. Arrived earlier than scheduled, on Friday & I got round to fitting today. Took me 10 mins as a 73-year old with dodgy balance & arthritis in hands. So fitter person would be much faster. It looks fantastic! I'm so happy I'm going to start saving to have them on ALL my windows! Thank you so much, Phillip for the great, friendly customer service & the perfect shutter! And all the instruction info to fit on your website - easypeasy! 👏 I'd recommend you to everyone. Best wishes, Marilyn Charters

Absolutely love my shutters arrived in 5 days from ordering, super easy to fit, I'm 70+ and put them up myself ,they are really nice and quality is Amazing 👏

Smashing. From the phone call to the delivery. Couldn't fault it. Ordered on Wednesday evening, product was delivered Friday morning (I had paid the £7 fast delivery charge). Shutter looks great. Will happily use again if and when required.

We ordered some samples and they arrived very quickly. So we ordered the shutters they arrived quite quickly and it took about 15 mins to install all 3. They kept me informed through out the process. Very impressed. Will be ordering more soon.

So easy to order and unbelievably simple to fit! I’m genuinely terrible at DIY, yet I managed it with no stress at all. They look absolutely stunning and let me open my shutters while still keeping the privacy that’s so important in an open‑plan home. I’m so impressed that I’m already planning my next order to finish the rest of the house!”
Also fantastic communication

Really easy to follow instructions on how to measure for the shutter blinds. Fast delivery, brilliant quality and reasonably priced. Quick responses from the Team on any questions.
I definitely recommend this company. This is my third order with them.

Really pleased with these shutters, a great concept and easy to install. Had a couple of minor issues that were fixed by Ben without quibble. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the incorrect brackets , which was promptly replaced. Joseph is a pleasure to deal with. The shutters are excellent quality. The split level openings are brilliant! I would highly recommend.

Great communication with Ben throughout our order (including when we requested for our delivery to be delayed due to us being away for Christmas).
The quality of the shutter blinds is fantastic, they were individually wrapped, so were in perfect condition when they arrived, each with a packing note stating which window it was for (per my order).
The packaging also came in handy for adding padding on our loft rafters for head protection - it's always good to be able to reuse packaging instead of sending it to landfill.
We were so happy with our first order that we have now ordered more shutter blinds for other windows in our house.

Excellent service from start to finish from Joseph, shutters are fantastic, excellent quality and delivered on time, definitely recommend

Look the business, good quality and excellent service.
Only one problem with delivery which was rectified immediately.

I ordered 2 shutters 2 wks ago during the Xmas period. I was advised of a 4 wk delivery period but they arrived in less than 2 wks. The were well packed. Quality is excellent. Not cheap but very competitively priced. Very easy to fit once I had watched the installation video. Customer service was brilliant and kept in touch. All round excellent service. I am impressed and that doesnt happen often.

Ben was extremely helpful and very quick to answer questions via what’s app. The blinds arrived really quickly and were very easy to fit and look amazing.

I found instantfitshutters on Instagram.Joseph was great from start to finish.two out of the four shutters I ordered didn’t fit(due to my measurements) I’d taken out the insurance and after sending off the new measurements the shutters were re-ordered.they arrived but one was damaged in transit.i took a photo and sent a message to Joseph.he replied quickly and couldn’t apologise enough.one shutter was re-ordered and was delivered within three days.I couldn’t be happier with the shutters and the service

Received my order promptly, was very easy to install. Can’t wait to order more.

Although very pleased with our shutters , we were not made aware that the condensation collects between the shutter and the window . The way that they fit on the windows making it very difficult to dry and prevent mould . We reported to customer service and they failed to offer a resolution.

What can I say apart from AMAZING.From the start of my order journey Ben and Joseph were fantastic! I’d been thinking of shutters for a little while and thought I’d take the leap. The team made everything so smooth, I was super impressed by the quality as I had looked elsewhere but found the shutters to be a little flimsy. These shutters are the ticket for sure. If you have any doubt dont…. get them ordered you will not regret it. Thanks again to all team .. I’d give 10 stars if I could !
