First class response from the company …
When I contacted instant they responded almost immediately and their response was excellent.
They advised me to try several ways to try and resolve the issue but that didn’t work so they immediately sanctioned a replacement air fryer to be sent without delay. So well done Instant team
Unfit for purpose
Unfit for purpose. The metal above the heating element is mild steel and rusted badly within six months. Rust is poisonous. How on earth did this product pass CR certification?
A requirement to 'clean + DRY" after every use is insufficient, because cooking food produced moisture which with heat causes oxidation then toxic rust.

First class customer service
I had a parcel go missing, through no fault of the retailer.
Bea was very efficient in resolving this for me. Nothing was too much trouble and despite this being a very small order/accessories for my airfryer she gave it her full attention.
A week later the original parcel turned up but I was told to keep both.

I initially bought the max WiFi ‘10 in 1’ Instant Pot in July 2025 to replace a basic Instant Pot purchased in 2015. The old one is still going but I wanted a super duper one with WiFi. Although the WiFi failed, Bea and Sharon at Instant Pot very kindly and efficiently tried to resolve the WiFi issue and ended up replacing the new model with a brand new one with the WiFi now properly working. I am very impressed with the level of service and the brilliant product which hopefully will provide years of service as did the old one. The build quality is superb as is the supporting app with tons of useful ideas and recipes. Thank you very much Instant Pot !
I have an Instant Pot - superb customer service under warranty
I have an Instant Pot and part of the display screen failed. The company sent me instructions for a factory reset which did not work, so they very kindly and with no fuss sent me a new Instant Pot. The courtesy and quick diligent responses from the same named person at the company was a welcome change to doing everything online. I highly recommend them for customer service. Thanks very much.

I have owned a 7.6L Instant air fryer…
I have owned a 7.6L Instant air fryer since November 2022, and it has always operated without issue.
Last week, due to an oversight on my part, I accidentally dropped one of the baskets, which became severely damaged.
I contacted Instant Pot Brands UK support by email, and within less than 24 hours I received a clear and comprehensive response detailing the appropriate steps to take and where to proceed.
Great Customer Service
Had a question on the use of my Instant Pot, contacted them via their online form and received a very helpful and polite response very quickly. Couldn't have been more helpful - wouldn't hesitate to contact them with any concerns or queries in the future.
Very disappointed — parcel lost and no response from Instant Pot UK
I ordered an Instant Pot on 12/10, and the website said it would be delivered by 14/10. However, I later received a DPD tracking update saying there was a delay with my parcel. When I contacted DPD, they told me the parcel might be lost and advised me to get in touch with Instant Pot UK directly.
Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact Instant Pot — on 17/10, 20/10, and 21/10 — via Facebook, the online contact form, and direct email, but I have not received any reply at all. There are no other ways to reach them, and I still have no update or replacement for my order.
This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I just want Instant Pot UK to send me the product I paid for or issue a full refund immediately.

Great customer service and products.
Had an issue with an InstantPot product - prompt reply from customer service and issue sorted within the span of a couple of emails. Kurt from customer service was excellent in providing help to resolve the issue. The product (Gourmet Airfryer) itself is fantastic and by the far the best of three air fryers I’ve owned.

I am not one to leave many reviews, but I must say how impressed I am with your professionalism and levels of customer service.
Contacted you on Saturday with a faulty light bulb and received my replacement product today Tuesday! Incredible.
So I am now back to making the most of my air fryer and its many functions. My oven is officially redundant!

I love Instant Pot! I have two Instant Pots and an air fryer, and I’ve even bought them as gifts for family and friends. When one of my pots showed an error (still under warranty), customer service was amazing, they replaced it within two days! Great products and brilliant support.
I have an instant pot
I have an instant pot, which I love and ordered some spares. One was sent speedily and arrived, well packaged . The other was sent separately for some inexplicable reason and failed to turn up. I contacted customer service via email and they responded within 48 hours to apologise and organise a replacement. The order was raised quickly and sent quickly too. Not very well packaged, as it had fallen out of the bubble wrap, but all in order.. although I’ve not checked it fits yet. Hopefully it’ll be fine. Would have been a 5 star review if both parts had been sent together and packaged effectively. It’s not their fault the PO lost one of the items!
THIS COMPANY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY
Placed and ordered from this company and I have only received 1 of my products I've tried connecting them via email with absolutely no response whatsoever I messaged on social media and was told to contact customer service via email again which I've already done and have a confirmation email to prove this I will be contacting my credit card provider as I've had enough of the stress of this I'm disabled and don't keep well thi k twice before giving this company your money because you don't get what you order yet they are quick and taking your money. Update I have been sent a replacement air fryer but it’s been sent to 9 2-1 Roxburgh street in Glasgow I live in Greenock Inverclyde I’m seeking legal action I’ve had enough of this

Coffee machine
Purchased an instant coffee machine, it developed a fault with screen. Cant fault the amazing customer service, replied very quickly and had a new machine within a couple of days!

I have had reason to contact the Instant Pot UK Customer Service Team after a small problem with the basket on my airfryer. They couldn't have been more helpful. Emails quickly and efficiently exchanged and they are arranging to send a replacement drawer. 😊
Faulty new instant pot
I had a faulty instant pot that was brand new, and I contacted the company directly. Within 24 hours someone from the team replied and were in constant contact. The issue was resolved super quickly and they have kindly dispatched another within 48 hours of the query. Such a great service and thank you to Kurt!

I had to contact Instant Brands Customer Support with a query regarding my new Instant Pot pressure cooker. They were really quick to respond and were able to provide advice and support in order to solve the issue that I had. I'm very pleased with my new Instant Pot, it's not my first and these appliances are consistently good value for money in my opinion.
