Instant Swim Avis 

Its a scam. They take your money and do not deliver the order. In return they send you lots of nice excuses and an offer of a store credit. Its been 4 months and no money or no swimsuit. Stay away!

Not sure why these reviews are so poor! Love this brand!! There’s nothing like the cut and style they offer on the market, and I don’t know of any other brands that offer options for us tall girlies.

Also had hiccups with delivery delays which meant returns were outside the 30 day window — the service was great and easy

I was initially excited about the swimsuit I found online and followed the size guide provided. However, upon receiving it, the sizing was off, and subsequent attempts with a larger size (3 size bigger) proved futile. The swimsuit's rigidity and lack of suitability for exercise, especially for a semi-professional swimmer like myself, were disappointing. Despite attempts to resolve the issue with Instant Swim, their unhelpful response only offered store credit, effectively holding my money hostage and forcing me to either purchase a swimsuit I don't want or forfeit my money altogether. Overall, a frustrating experience with sizing and customer service, exacerbated by their inflexible refund policy.

First of all, I did get very excited about purchasing this swimsuit, but sadly my experience hasn’t been great. The re-stocking fee is disgusting and the level of customer service is awful. How can they claim to be ‘sustainable’ when it’s made in China, shipped to UK, sent from the UK to Aus and then returns are sent back to the UK?! The sizing wasn’t great for me and it didn’t feel better than my cheaper suits. Sorry to say but I wasn’t best pleased

If anything I’m just disappointed. The quality isn’t there, yet with so much advertising and pushing online you’d think you were buying something worthwhile. In my opinion another instagram business pushed by paid influencers yet made in china and not fit for purpose.

Beautiful swimsuit, chose the navy one for my daughter. We had an issue with a missing delivery which was dealt with very amicably and promptly.

It fits large. The rear have very little coverage for the size and it rides up giving you a wedgie even before you get into the pool. Costs £8 "handling fee" when returning and have to pay for own postage on top of that. Very disappointed. Stick to traditional brands like Speedo or Arena for training.

Absolutely love my Instant Swim suits, they look so stylish and fit just right. Ordering was super easy and arrived so quickly. I'm always getting compliments at training! Thank you!

I have decided to return the swimsuit as I found it unflattering. Because of this, I’ll not only have to pay for the return myself but will also be charged an £8 “restocking fee”. How is this justifiable? Greed.

Can’t believe I’ve just had to pay 8 pounds to return and then pay to return the item as they do not provide a QR code or return form. Do not buy from them they are money grabbers.

Would not recommend if buying outside UK. Bought 3 swimsuits, as others mentioned they are not secure/snug enough for serious training, I realized that the moment I tried them. Wanted to return them, prompt reply but 10 pounds handling fee and 45AUD shipping. ouch!!! not worth buying unless you are sure with the fit.

Unfortunately there is no info that price is excluding custom fee. I paid 22 Euro additionally by delivery.

the swim suits are advertised as suitable for swim training (especially as the company is founded by ex prof swimmer ) . The suits are expensive so I had high expectations. The suit I bought is great if you sit on side of pool for a holiday- NOT for serious swim training. After 1 month the suit is see through and baggy - it’s falsely advertised to be suitable for serious swimmers. I swim 3x a week (triathlete ) and have suits normally for a year which cost me £30 - this cost me £60 and only last a month. Really disappointed

Really disappointed with company and customer service. Advised to buy a size up on their website. After using once the costume went really baggy and not appropriate for swimming crawl. Asked for an exchange and they company refused. Extremely Disappointed for an expensive costume.

website was super easy to use, swimsuit came on time, the fit was amazing!! The quality is stunning and it feels so nice :)

The costumes are super nice looking but not designed for swim training :( I bought two at Christmas and it’s been only 5 months and they are now unwearable as they are too baggy and drag in the water. All the other brand costumes I own have lasted multiple years. Great if you just want to look nice and not train though

Buying a bikini and swimsuit from Instant Swim was fantastic. They were so helpful and advised me on sizing etc. And the products are fab! I love the bikini/sports bra, it's so supportive and fashionable.
