The sockshoe did not fit my purpose, as they are far to sticky. The rubber sole is to thick to make the foot feel the ground.

On a freezing Northumberland morning, I have just come back glowing after my walk which incorporated the Instepp resistance band system. This has turned my walk into a full body workout and instead of walking and then coming home to exercise my upper body, I have the option to do both at the same time. I must say, as soon as I started using it I could feel the benefit. As someone who no longer wants to run or go to the gym this is the perfect cardio, strengthening and toning exercise solution. Also, if you just want to release that shoulder tension, this really is ideal. I could feel the difference in mine straight away. The great thing is that it is completely portable so I can use it indoors or out and I can achieve a full body workout where it is convenient for me. The exercise possibilities are huge from seated to floor to striding out in the fresh air or just a gentle walk with a few added upper body exercises. It has been cleverly designed to suit most situations. The care and customer support is exceptional from the founder and inventor Julie and her tutorials and videos make it easy to understand how to get the most from it. I feel much more motivated now that I have found an exercise regime which is so convenient, flexible - and enjoyable at last!

Such a great and ingenious invention - and fun to use too ! Tbh I wasn't sure what to expect with Instepp, I was maybe even a bit sceptical, but... I love it ! The thing that impressed me most about Instepp was just how versatile it is - it can be used to any standard, for any age / size user and whatever your fitness level. You can just use it at home, but it is easily portable to take out and about, and if you go for a walk it is very easy to just use for just part of the walk if you wish. Instepp was very comfortable to use, and you really do feel the health benefits. And Julie Ford who designed and created the Instepp is really inspiring.

Before I met Julie Ford of Instepp, and had her invaluable help learning how to use, easily as it turned out, this brilliant exercising equipment, I felt joyously walking along would no longer be possible for me. My left knee was painfully stiff, the right one following suit. But Instepp provides the means, rather quickly, to correct how one walks and hence strengthens the upper thigh and corp muscles required to do so!! My metabolism rocketed, my weight is falling, and my mood lifts as my ability to find a good night’s sleep is improved. It’s far better than going to the gym since it costs next to nothing and can be used anywhere. Prompt delivery, helpful videos to follow on line, really enjoying using Instepp!

Just started using Instepp and had a small problem with fitting them properly. I messaged Julie (the inventor) who called me back within about 30 mins to suggest a video call which we did the same day. Julie was fantastic at explaining how to fit them and it was straightforward. She also made sure my technique was correct and suggested a few other exercises for me. Julie is a very approachable and friendly person who really wants you to get the most out of Instepp. It’s a fantastic form of exercise that most people would benefit from.

I have gone to the gym for years and know the importance of resistance and strength work. I enjoy walking and being outside and this is a great way to combine strength work into my walks. I also watched Julia's workout on YouTube and thought it was a great resistance workout.

Ease and versatility plus greater security to exercise than with standard bands

Instep bands are fantastic.
They come in al lovely lightweight bag that you can carry.
You can use them whilst walking outside,
Also to take with you when travelling.
A great way to do resistance training for us ladies to help our muscles and bones.

Fantastic piece of equipment, nothing else like it. Tested the same walk with and without to see the difference, with Instepp my heart rate went much higher and burnt more calories.
Would recommend for any age or ability. So simple and easy to use too.

A weekend retreat with Julie, learning 'how to instep' is fun, healthy and something that can/will stay with you forever. It's a simple uncomplicated way to exercise especially for people who may not like to go to the gym, can be done indoors or outdoors in fact anywhere. Highly recommended.

I first heard about Instepp during lockdown. It was a lifesaver at that time because my usual activity of swimming was unavailable. The online teaching was great, easy to understand and use and the support was always there. I have recommended this product to others and continue to do so.

It is lightweight and easy to use. Excellent choice for older people to use.
