Insu Pak Avis 95

I first contacted Insu-pak in January 2026, and Vaughn came out to look at my conservatory within days. The installation took place 4 weeks later, and, apart from a minor hiccup, all went very well. I am very pleased with the results, as it is warmer, and quieter than the old roof. The conservatory is also very light, which is one of the things I was concerned about when considering a new roof. The men work very quickly and efficiently, and it only took them around four hours to fit it.

From when Vaughn initially arrived to the finished product going everything went very well.
We are very pleased with our new roof conservatory feels warmer and no leaky roof either.
We're very sure that come the summer the conservatory will no doubt feel cooler.
Nigel and his son worked very hard, on the day arriving just after 9.30 am and finished by 4pm.
All the work very professionally carried out and all the clearing up done as well.
A very good company full marks to all involved.

I am very pleased with my new roof. Straightaway I noticed how much warmer it was in the cold and cooler in the sun. I can now have the sliding door between the lounge and conservatory open all the time. Vaughn's service was excellent, and he completed the work in one day. He had to return to repair the lead flashing, but he did this quickly and effectively without question.

Had my conservatory roof replaced by insu-pack, excellent service from the whole team, the job was completed in one and a half days by Nigel, nothing was to much trouble it has transformed my house would highly recommend,

From the initial contact with Vaughn, to Nigel surveying our existing conservatory polycarbonate old roof. The communication was very good.

We had an appointment for a day confirmed, however due to issues out of insu-pak control the roof could not be carried out. Communication from Insu-pak that day was very good, keeping us updated . The insulation of the conservatory roof was carried out on the next working day by Vaughn.

So pleased with out new conservatory roof, and what a different’s it has made.

We are so pleased with the panels in our 7m x 3.5m conservatory, the change is huge, in this extremely hot and sunny weather we can comfortably use the room - whereas before we could not.
Nigel and his helper were efficient, tidy, polite and very careful in their work. They fitted the new roof in less than a day and we have enjoyed the room ever since - even more so with NO spiders!

Very pleased with result no more leaking roof cooler in hot weather and less noise when heavy rain would recommend.

Work was carried out efficiently and rubbish removed once completed, however I have found no improvement in the temperatures in winter or summer, today the temperature inside with all blinds drawn down was 30 degrees.

Good communication and customer service from initial contact to job completion. Workers were friendly and efficient . Site was left clean and tidy. New roof with a glass panel is keeping the heat in whilst reducing noise level

From the initial Sales pitch from Vaughn to the fitting by Nigel & Aiden, we found the whole process and outcome to be very good. Nothing was too much trouble and we are fussy customers! 😁

We have a 28ftx12ft conservatory and our old leaky & dirty glass roof has been replaced with a bright, shiny, well insulated solid roof together with new downpipes and guttering. Internally, the finish is immaculate.
Other solutions we looked at involved structural changes & Building Regs approval, but the Insu-Pak solution required no structural changes and indeed, is lighter in weight than glass and more eco-friendly.
The result is a space we can now use 365days per year, it is noticeably warmer when cold outside & noticeably cooler when warm outside. No more condensation either !!
Our Conservatory is slightly darker inside now, but that would be the same whichever solution we had chosen and we had to do something, given the state of our glass roof.
We chose well and would happily recommend the Insu-Pak solution and the guys who made it happen

Insu-pak were first rate personable and professional and I am extremely pleased with the result. Simply chalk and cheese compared to a competitor! No hard sell no nonsense just first rate all round.
