Great customer service and nice to have someone on your side!
We originally used Salmon Assessors back in 2021 for our Covid Business Interruption insurance claim.
Really glad we did. Not only did they successfully deal with a stubborn Insurance company, they have recently argued for and resolved a further case against the way the Insurance company handled the claim.

Well… that’s what we do best, and we don’t stop until we “squeeze the lemon dry”. When insurance companies think they can walk over their policyholders after they’ve been paid a high premium to get compensated, regretfully for them, they’re playing games with the wrong loss assessors! Our clients always come first.

Amazing service
We used salmon assessors for our dental practice flood.
As expected our insurer was extremely sluggish in trying to firstly admit liability and were very resistant in paying our our claims even after accepting liability.
Salmon assesors were fantastic and couldn't recommend them enough. We did not have to do anything apart from acknowledging a few emails and left them to do a very professional job.
I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate in using them again

I called Salmon Assessors, Jeff Salmon answered gave me some advice and advised me what to say to the insurers agent, upon doing so agent appointed loss adjustor the very next day, couldn't be more happier with the advice give, would highly recommend them to anyone.

Your review is so appreciated. Your claim is too small for us to handle, but that didn’t mean that we couldn’t give you some advice to get the claim sorted. In short, your insurers were treating you like a fool. We told you who to speak to and it appears that your phone hasn’t stopped ringing with apologies from the insurance company. If they give you any further trouble let us know and we will get this claim sorted for you gratis.

A few months ago, I was speaking to a colleague about a business interruption claim for our hotel during the pandemic which we had failed to make because our insurance brokers confirmed that there was no chance (not even a tiny chance!) that the insurers would meet our claim.
We were also 18 months out of date from when we should have made our claim. A friend mentioned Salmon Assessors who had just successfully completed a claim for them. We contacted them and dealt with their John Jefferson who was very upbeat about getting paid. So strange that our brokers said "no chance" and this company said "every chance".We had nothing to lose and in less than two months they had secured us a £100K settlement much to the embarrassment of the insurance brokers who I had assumed were meant to be knowledgeable and representing our interests.

Well… we must’ve done something right because we can see you’ve kindly left us another review on Google. It was me who initially spoke to you when you reached out to us so i’ll take the credit for suggesting that our John Jefferson takes charge of this. (John has the tenacity of a bulldog and is a font of knowledge on the subject of business interruption claims. If John tells you that the claim should be paid then it WILL be paid!

Salmon assessors is a the best
John and Jeff are the greatest in the industry. Salmon assessors is a trustworthy firm who will fight for your best interests. I was unaware how reluctant insurance companies were to paying out policies. They use every trick in the book to not pay at all. Delaying claims and slow at replying. With the help of John I was able to defeat the insurance company, something I wouldn’t be bale to do on my own. I was very happy with the professional and yet friendly manner in which they carried out the work. The claim was dealt with efficiently and promptly and everything he said would happen - did. I would not hesitate to use this company or to recommend others if I ever have a serious insurance claim in the future. Thanks once again.
