Excellent practical experience for positive handling situations. Participants were able to practise different restraint holds, understand how they should be used and importantly experience what it feels like to be in these holds.

Excellent Training session
The trainer was so practical with his class, he made the training so lively and interactive.
Everyone In class paid attention to him because he was so accommodating to our questions and scenarios.
I love the fact that he used both Theory and practical version to train which made every information more understandable.
