Interchange Financial Currency Exchange Avis 

I think I got taken in by their website saying they have the best exchange rate. This can be misleading giving you a false sense of belief in their rates and business. I got taken for a sizable chunk in my estimation exchanging Egyptian for Canadian funds.

Update. I stopped working with them as their policies/service and human error were just too great (and their price was higher). Oh well.

Just wanted to share some great feedback about Alex and Interchange Financial. I needed to set up a new recipient. I phoned on a Sunday not expecting to get anyone but Alex answered the phone, quickly understood my issue and was willing to resolve it. I’ve always been so impressed with the great service each time I phone or email, whether it’s on the money transfer or FX side. I’ve often been approached by other competitors to Interchange Financial or get pressure from my suppliers, but I don’t see why I’d ever switch when your customer service is always so professional, seamless, easy and prompt. Your systems are clear and the user experience is intuitive! Whenever I phone (for an issue), I leave in a better mood than when I started! That just never happens anywhere but here!

First time customer, definitely not my last.

Small operation... didn't have the Peruvian Soles I was looking for. I did by some GBP and out of curiosity, immediately went to the fx exchange store in the Eaton Centre. Interchange was slightly more expensive, but it's hard to gauge by how much. Part of it could be explained by market rates, however, I compared prices within 5 minutes of purchasing the pounds.

Lately I see a big change in term of customer service in this institution. I had very good experience before (3-4 moths) it always gives me joy to talk with people on the other side. To name some people like Suzan, Oskar and the girl in the Bramtpon location. However it’s unfortunately changed for the negative I have made 6 transaction in the month of March with the interchange financial i found very unprofessional and not well mannered people on the other side. They sound to me like one time dealer who does not know her trade and doesn’t understand the value of it’s Customer. This is really sad.

Very hard to find. Even people working at the nearby bank could not locat the office. I spent some time walking about looking and asking for the location eventuly finding it. There needs to be a microphone setup so that clients can hear clearly what the person is saying behind the mask and screen.

Very easy smooth process to purchase GBP at a competitive rate. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
Will definitely use again.

The worst service in the world!!!!! they will take your money then tell u go ahead!!

DO NOT use this company for currency exchanges, even though there website says "best rates in Canada GUARANTEED" they're actually one of the worst. Their customer service agents in the call centre are some of the worst I've ever had to deal. They don't return your calls, they don't want to take back their own currencies they sell you, or if they do its one of the worst rates.... They were rude during the call and actually told me to go ahead and write a review.
Please do not use their services if you value your money.

Second time coming to this location, rates are very good and their customer services is excellent. Had the pleasure of being serviced by a gentleman name Nasar today - he was very polite, friendly and has exceptional customer service. I will be returning to this location!
