We opened an account and we were asked…

We opened an account and we were asked to put down a bond. We used the card only twice and the limit on the cards was reduced without informing us. We tried using the cards again and the cards were declined at the forecourts. Called to check and we were advised that the limit was £45.00. Tried to use them again by putting in £39.12 and the card was declined. Bad service and we were very disappointed. We asked to close account.

Fueled at my local Sainsbury's petrol…

Fueled at my local Sainsbury's petrol station for £60. Received an invoice for £66. That was my first and last time I used their fuel card. I wasted my time .

Card has only managed to work once in…

Card has only managed to work once in four attempts. Despite numerous phone calls in an attempt to find the issues, we the customer have requested a new card and if this doesn’t work the account will be closed. This went wrong from the start

Great service but some additional charges I was not made aware of.

I was fed up with my existing fuel card providers including additional fees that I didn't agree to and I was looking for a more straightforward and clear pricing solution. I dealt with Anika who was always willing to help and responded to calls and e-mails promptly and efficiently. She was brilliant.

My only issue has been that the pricing is not perhaps as straightforward as I was led to beleive. Since signing up I have found out that some filling stations have additional "surcharges" of between 1.25% and 4.0% of your fuel and it is really not clear from the eroute APP which carry surcharges, and which don't.

Again, Anika has been brilliant in addressing my concerns, but I should have been made aware of these surcharges before, and the eroute APP needs to make it clearer where surcharges will apply so consumers can be properly informed.

Flexible fuelcard

The fuelcard I received appears to work well, affording my business significant savings at the pump for both diesel and petrol, and there is no standing charge. The signing up process was made straightforward by the helpful and efficient staff member, Charley, who dealt with my application.

We have only just starting using Interfuels & the first garage we try are now saying they no longer except
this card even though it is on the link
