Quick and efficient service, which meant I took delivery of goods ordered, whilst other organisations I had requested the same service from were still in the initial stages of dealing with my enquiry.

To use the sleep test, was very straight forward. However I was led to beleive that the test results would be sent to VOY, as they referred me. But I had to send myself, which has delayed my treatment.

I used Intus for my sleep test, cpap machine, supplies and recently the Resmed Airmini.
They are a good company and happy with most purchases but falling short on latest transaction Airmini and consumers deserve to know.
They are shipping the Air mini with only an EU lead and a bulky EU/UK converter but they have not been transparent about this on their website. Resmed on the other hand are shipping the Airmini with seperate a UK and an UK transformer/charger (and for £50 less as of July 2026)
As for the Airmini its a good product but believe the reviews that say its noisy especially with the universal hose adapter. I bought it as its meant to have the same algo as the 10 but I am not so sure, , I had to work out different settings to my 10 and perhaps the velocity is higher. I have had Aerophagia a couple of times using it. The inspiratory pressure seems to come on very strong.

Really great service and even though it turned out that I don’t have sleep apnea the detailed results have given me an insight into my sleeping and snoring so I can now try and improve this. Was also a very quick process I did my test on Monday night submitted Tuesday morning and by Wednesday morning had my results definitely recommend.
