We were looking for our first BTL property in Northern England but didn't have much time to physically go and see the properties ourselves. After an internet search looking for a sourcer we came across Joe, Investors Platform and felt that he was very genuine and knowledgeable about the service he provided.
After our initial conversations about our goals he set to work looking for a property for us. Joe was completely understood what what we were looking for which put us at ease and very quickly found us an undervalued 2 bed property in Lincoln.
The purchase went through in May this year, Joe helped us with finding a mortgage advisor, solicitor and he now manages the property for us. He also arranged a local builder to carry out minor works to get the property ready for clients Joe made the transition for us to become property investors very easy, communication was excellent throughout the purchase and we feel much more confident going forward with property investing. We are now considering our next strategy and have no hesitation using Joe and the investors platform again
