Never got my order and the CS is a time wasting funny thing
I have placed an order for a Cannaisseur Kit for my Gravity Infuser, but I have never received it. The tracking information shows it was delivered while I was at work. Despite my efforts of looking for the parcel around my flats building and with my neighbours, no luck. Even I told them that I will be out of the country for the following weeks, they sent a replacement which was marked as ‘delivered’ while I was away, and again, I had the same issue as the first time. Since this happened, I have asked them to refund me and I got back and forth with their CS representative who was rather rude and had no idea how to compose a mail, proper grammar or diplomacy.
I can’t review the products. From my research they are good, but I didn’t get the chance to use them.
The CS team behind though, it’s simple despicable, or at least the person I talked to.

We are so sorry you haven't received our product. As you stated we sent you a second package of product immediately. The second package arrived on May 5th. You were back on may 6th. The gap of your vacancy isn't given the full context (1 day) and was due to us rapidly trying to rectify the issue.
On May 6th you sent a request for refund after we sent your second package to the United Kingdom, without a chance to investigate why the mail has twice been said to have been delivered.
We apologize for the grammar.

I like the invincibowl
I like the invincibowl. There are 2 downsides in my opinion. It’s hard to get a good rip because of the sleeve inside allowing air to pass around the material. Thus creating a harsher hit. Second is the size of the bowl itself. I find myself loading it several times for myself. But I like the shape and that it can’t break.

Amazing!
These are the best! I have one for all of my bongs. The filters are my favorite part! They don't block any airflow and they keep my water really clean. I buy them as gifts for all my friends.

What is not to like?
What is not to like? I can't break the bong or the pole which is a real plus for Ms. Clumsy! I also love the color choices so a black bowl and a red pole put me in the mood to watch the Buccaneers on game day!

I purchased the 14mm bowl and the the set screw on the side will not tighten, it is loose. Piece of junk. Happy it is not glass but the screw is junk
