Really it’s zero

Really it’s zero, I’ve been with Triumph for years and I’ve been with the team Tango before until it changed few days ago. Team tango were not always there but still satisfied when it comes to customer service they respond to emails whether it’s good or bad. I’m assigned to team Epsilon I’m not sure not sure if they even exist because I get automatic email response then nothing else even after sending them multiple messages I still don’t get responses.
I just want to get funded.
I sent my invoices in the morning and I followed with a phone call before closing I was told they will get my invoices verified Monday. Before my phone call I’ve sent multiple email trying to be courteous because it’s Friday maybe they’re too busy. This kind of service is not acceptable period. I don’t like giving bad reviews but when it comes to funding for the business I would like to be taken seriously, I rely on my funding to run by business and the struggle to get funded as if I have to beg for the service I paid for it’s really ridiculous and upsetting.
Not sure we’re this review is taking this people will they even care?

Triumph is the wors company very bad…

Triumph is the wors company very bad waiting 5months for my release letter they renew the contract with out your permisdion needs to provide a letter of release for my company since I have not used them in years. They say they will call and never do. Its terrible company dont works with them this is my best advices they have recourse charge and prime fees charge.

Bad compani

Triumph needs to provide a letter of release for my company LIGHTNING TRACK LLC since I have not used them in years. They say they will call and never do. Its been weeks without this being done. I need them to remove the filing and send the LOR immediately.

this company is one of the worst…

this company is one of the worst company i had ever dealt with.
when it comes to joining your company they act very good.
but when it comes to leaving the company they are worst.
Steven hudson and Toni Henderson works in termination team and they are not helping us

This company is unethical and will try…

This company is unethical and will try keep you locked into their company. We purchased a company in December 2023. The previous owner of the company was signed up with triumph in 2021, so there was an active UCCF filing against our company which again is unethical because they signed to renewal this on our company every year since 2021 when services were never used. The previous owner of our company never factored any bills nor used the service at all with triumph. It has been over one month and we are still going through hell trying to get a release from triumph. They have requested several documents in which we have sent in. Now they access for documentation that is not legally mandated. Nor in their contract to be released. This behavior again is very unethical and has stopped the daily functions of our company. Triumph seems to not care at all that this behavior is affecting our company, even though we knew that the documentation was not legally mandated nor is their contract we still supplied that information because we wanted to be released so we can move forward with our business. To date they still refused to release our company. I would stay far away from this company besides, they have very interest rates, incompetent and leaves carriers to do a lot of work. They prolongs the process after invoices have been paid and their deceptive business practices need to be exposed. Triumph business capital acts like the mob once you get in with them they will not let you out. They put everyone through hell they are definitely a predatory company that needs to be looked into by the government.

This organization is CRIMINAL!!! I signed up over 4 years ago. The sales rep neglected to tell me about all the fees and "initiation" expenses. I told him to cancel the contract and go pound sand. I NEVER sent them an invoice. I NEVER rcv'd a settlement. I told him explicitly I would NEVER factoring any invoice with them. Now, over 4 years later, I learn they have a UCC lien against me, and refuse to cancel the contract. I NEVER FACTORED 1 SINGLE INVOICE IN OVER 4 YEARS, AND THESE PRI**CS REFUSR TO CANCEL. STAY AWAY!!!

Triumph business capital acts like the mob once you get in with them they will not let you out. They put everyone through hell they are definitely a predatory company that needs to be looked into by the government. They send letters of assignment to brokers that we bill directly and never been factored through them causing those brokers to send payments to them for loads that haven’t been factored and never plan to factor them. By them holding those payments from us is putting us in a bad situation with a big possibility of putting us out of business. Don’t trust Triumph Business Capital to be your factoring company or frankly don’t do any business with them. Very bad company with bad customer service and strong arm tactics.

Misrepresenting and False Advertising

The last few years have been rocky with trying to get some sort of consistency with Triumph, and actually doing the things you all advertise and sell the service to Small Business owners based off. I have sent several complaints over the years. Lately, Account Reps have been maliciously damaging my company and relationships with my customers. Just way too many instances to name all.. There’s money being taken out of my invoices for recourse when it was
sold as nonrecourse, it’s also plastered everywhere in marketing and contracts. The money being taken out has been incorrectly taken when the customer has in fact paid months ago, and to add to that frustration, there’s absolutely no communication or notes on the account. We have to stop our days to go searching on WHY money was deducted and sure enough, it’s being deducted incorrectly. That’s a huge issue. Communication has been non-existent, we always
find out after something has happened instead of being communicated with before. There's been instances where I have sent personal emails to Triumph requesting a termination of contract and these emails have been shared with my customers, AND looped into my personal conversation(Tuesday, 5/14/24). This is a huge privacy issue. Not only that, but she’s damaging the relationships with my customers. We have a contract with Triumph to factor LOADS RAN, that is it. You have no rights, sayings, place, or Say so in my company or with my customers. I am not sure why Melanie would do this but it’s extremely unprofessional. You can’t keep
blaming “mistakes or mishaps”. That’s a huge “mistake”.

Secondly she has reached out to a customer(Paradigm) for a “NOA verification” on 4/25/24 when this process is also inconsistent, but the customer would not verify so my invoices were
held. I reached out to inform Melanie that this was Not a new customer. They were owned by
R&R Express in which she should know this and a NOA is already in place. Of course she
argued...This ended up damaging a relationship with 2 customers. The customer would not verify
the load and I had to question why. In doing so, the customer got unprofessional and angry so I had to escalate. Come to find out, she couldn't verify the load because they do not do that.

The HEAD OF BILLING, communicated that she(Melanie Corio) must be a new rep. R&R express has something in place with Triumph where they honor every Rate Con and BOL. They do not do Verifications. In the process, my invoices are being held, trucks are being held, and my business is suffering.. VERY frustrating.

A month later, the customer comes back and requests page 2 which was already attached to
the invoice. Then came at me threatening and demanding a review be taken down and I politely
said no and sent my attorneys information so they can easily get in contact. I am not sure why
the customer continued to CC Melanie because it’s none of Triumph Concern or business but
she did. After resolving, Melanie responds as if she’s a mediator, owner, overseer, or some type of ownership over my business which is crazy to me. Not only did she cause this issue, she’s
overstepping her boundaries tremendously and it’s not the first time in a short period in working with her. I am not going to list every issue here, you can read my reviews, and OTHERS reviews as to the issues Small Business Owners are facing with your company.
We hired Triumph not to own or try to take over our customers, accounts receivables, or company, but to factor LOADS RAN with you. That’s it. We are not required to factor every load or customer. We own our own companies and use you all as a “service”. If the broker doesn't owe Triumph any money, Melanie can't hold them just because I selected Triumph as my Factor company in filling out a Carrier agreement. That can be changed at any time(NO MINIMUMS
PLASTERED ON YOUR WEBSITES). Especially the customers whom I've never factored a load with Triumph. You can't hold them hostage... The only ones that can not be released are the customers that owe a balance to Triumph Factoring, correct? That's the way I understand the contract. Melanie also stated via email that If they do not owe a balance, a Single Release can be provided. Now all of a sudden she’s maliciously trying to give me a 3 broker cap and stating after talking to her supervisor(in which she’s told me several times, she reports directly to
Toni & Debbie Smith). You can’t just keep making these types of mistakes. As an entrepreneur
who hired Triumph as a service, would much rather handle this and part ways amicably.

Very poor communication

Very poor communication. Borderline breach of contract. supposedly same day funding. Triumph always seemed to come up with excuses for extending funding at least 24-48 hours. They continued to hold back reserved funds on a non-recourse contract. We continually had to do our own collections for the few customers / brokers we had that would pay past the 30 days because Triumph's collections department was woefully inadequate. When we had finally had enough, we received a call from Triumph and asked we for some consideration when we had 2 months left of our contract remaining, to see if they would reduce the $2,500 early termination fee. The gentleman we spoke to, when asked for his name, said he could be reached at the phone number he called from and then he hung up. Just one more reason we are leaving this company that is run by people that are very unprofessional!!!!! We are considering taking legal action for their breach of contract.

DO NOT USE THIS FACTORING COMPANY!! I have not used them for approximately 5 months now and do not have any negative balance and all of the loads have been paid to them by brokers but they do not let me terminate from them and in order to do it they want me to buy them out $12,500 for nothing. I wanted to work with them but they do not want to issue credit to a multi-million dollar broker which is almost a billion dollar a year broker so I went to find a factoring company that will and will do it for half of the percentage that triumph has me under but triumph does not want to terminate my agreement. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!

Was fine before 2024 update-no longer recommend

We have been using Triumph for a few months and all has gone well. In fact, I would have given a 4 star review. But today they decided to update their system and now it is no longer user friendly! It is as if they got a budget cut and had to go backward in technology. Before I could export my invoices to a printer, and now I can only export to excel-which we do not use. And get this-whatever exports is not even compatible with excel! Excel makes its own conversions which means i have to double check all the dates, invoice numbers, amounts, fees ALL of it before I can use it! I sure hope they listen and change it back.

Clueless & Incompetent

These people really don't know what they are doing. From the folks who review uploaded docs to team leaders & everyone else. I don't know who hired you guys but maaaannnn I am for sure a very unhappy customer since day 1.

Worst Customer Satisfaction and cooperation

We have been working with Triumph for 2 years now. And guys over their don’t even cooperate at all. Their employees use their own egoes to work with the companies.
They have zero customer satisfaction. Please avoid using Triumph. This will be the worst decision to work with them

0 service! I believe they have an all-female staff who just sit around and gossip all-day. We as a carrier have to do all the work all day from getting our loads verified for funding, to following up on aging invoices. My 2 cents: fire half of your female staff and hire guys who have a will to work. Otherwise this company is going to go down soon.
