DONT SIGN UP...SCAM COMPANY!
I just joined Iopenusa about 2 months ago. Racked up 2 payouts of 12.25(was supposed to be 12.50) The first payout took over 3 weeks to get. I was told by customer serv that there was some 10 day period where cint has to approve it. Finally got paid after going back and forth with them for weeks. Then, IMMEDIATELY after my 2nd payout, which I did get fairly quickly, the page has said "no surveys available" for almost 3 weeks straight now. I believe this company is doing what others do which is basically ban you after a couple of payouts. I have written to cust serv a few times but now get no response. Looking like a scam company, don't waste your time with them. Someone should do something about these fraudulent survey sites.
Update....i see they responded but still wont reply back to my emails anymore. I would like them to explain why no surveys are available for a month now and also answer as to why no one from cust serv is attempting to get back with me. They come on here and make it look they are helpful when in reality, they arent doing anything. My rating will change once they provide surveys again. Otherwise...its looking more and more like a scam site.
Update as of Aug 18 2023....they were late for weeks with another payment and when I complained again they wrote back stating my responses were inconsistent so they blocked me from surveys for 3 months! It's all bs and not true at all. Each time I wrote to ask where the compensation was, they always had some bogus excuse and made no surveys available. Today, just to check...went to sign in and it now says wrong email or pword which is a complete lie. Requested pword reset link and they never even sent one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM! I spent 6 months and got paid out 12.25 2 times. They take .25 each time for unknown reasons as well. SCAM COMPANY! Go with ipsos isay and survey junkie or swagbucks. They all pay fast.
