Noticed some bees in the back of the garage and could hear the swarm too. Called JG Pest Control for the first time - chose this company from Google for their humane removals. Very friendly customer service advisor who arranged a same day booking. Reasonably priced. Pest control professional updated on expected arrival time. Steve was very friendly and knowledgable and advised would keep removal humane unless absolutely necessary to use extermination. Job completed swiftly. Would use again (for any pest control measures) if ever needed.

Just had my survey and then the job done by Ryan. It was fast, efficient and hopefully will have resolved the problem of the tree bumblebees in my roof tiles. The job was guaranteed and I was advised if not totally resolved in a weeks time to call and he would return free of charge. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. He explained everything thoroughly from start to finish.

Quick same day service. Reported a dead fox in a garden, was given a slot for removal for the same day and received an email to advise the job had been completed a few hours later and well with the time frame. Would recommend and would use again.

The service provider was very efficient and helpful. She gave good advice, and even replaced items of furniture that had to be moved.

JG and John in particular have been brilliant. Rats under the floorboards and in the walls had driven us to the edge and having previously been told by another company there was little we could do as they weren't in our flat, John was instantly reassuring and set about getting rid of them. Within 72 hours the problem was 95% improved. We aren't 100% there yet but it is imminent and JG will return every two weeks until it is fixed. Would recommend 100%!

I would like to thank Gemma for her professional work in eliminating my problem with rats that have caused me no small amount of unpleasant situations in the house This was the third visit from JG Pets Control to get rid of the rats and all the unpleasant pets .Thank you so much for your work and constant monitoring of the situation.

Chris attended earlier today to deal with a small colony of bees situated in a difficult to reach section under the roof of my property. Chris had to use a ladder to do this, made the more hazardous as he had to position, angle and prop the ladder from my neighbour's side of their property. Chris was highly competent in starting the process to eradicate the bees and to seal off their entry point in very quick time. I'm confident that this is the end of my bee problems thanks to Chris!
