How to lose 4 stars in one stupid move

I've previously reviewed the product & gave it 5 stars.

Apparently the blasted oligoneurals at Trustpilot can't be bothered to actually record the fact I've reviewed the product or are too stupid to realise that pestering me every week for a review is beyond irritating.

Courtesy of the lack of courtesy of Trustpilot, I've decided to rate the product at 1 star because hiring pestiferous oligoneurals doesn't speak well for any company.

I do not find it easy to contact the right help desk and then I have difficulties as I am not a "geek" but very much an elderly amateur. However, my problems have been resolved in the end.

Been a customer for decades! Rarely have needed support, but when I have, folks at Ipswitch have been terrific. Very professional organization.

The MoveIT Automation and MoveIT DMZ…

The MoveIT Automation and MoveIT DMZ products solve so many problems in my enterprise that I've become somewhat of a hero at my company. There seems to be at least one or two people comming to me each week saying "I heard you have a solution to my problem." And I usually do. It's MoveIT.

Well the best feature is SFTP

Well the best feature is SFTP, we had to have it one quarter for exclusive transfers to secure server and WSFTP was the product that worked for us flawlessly!
