I’ve been a patient of Simon’s since 2011 and recommend IQ Osteopathy to everyone!

I've been under Simon's care for several years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my treatment.

I first came to Simon with a debilitating neck problem, my neck would spasm and lock into place without warning, making day-to-day life really quite difficult. From the very first appointment, Simon took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and get to the root cause of the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. He immediately put me at ease and developed a tailored treatment plan to help me manage the pain effectively. Since receiving regular treatment, my neck pain has completely disappeared and I haven't experienced a single muscle spasm since.

I've had further treatment from Simon since, once following a back injury sustained at the gym, and more recently for a shoulder issue that was causing significant pain and restricting my movement. Each time, he has applied his expertise to explain clearly and thoroughly what was going on and put together a plan of action to treat the issue.

If you're looking for an osteopath who genuinely listens, cares, takes the time to understand your needs, and delivers real, lasting results, I cannot recommend Simon highly enough.

The treatment, massage therapy and exercise advice given to me over the last month by Simon has been so helpful.

Very knowledgeable, skilled, experienced and professional. Simon puts you at ease with his friendly manners. He walks you through each step of the treatment, providing extensive explanation of the medical issue and plan for a resolution. I have been living with shoulder pain for a couple of years; I sought professional help in the past from both a physiotherapist and a chiropractor, however, they were unable to resolve my problem. After just a few sessions, Simon managed to reduce the pain and at the end of the treatment I am 100% free from pain and I also recovered the whole movement range with my arm and shoulder. I would definitely recommend Simon for anyone needing effective professional care.

After suffering an Achilles injury a few years ago, I had visited the doctor and completed some basic physio exercises, however, after a long walk or a short run, I would always be met with pain and stiffness the next day.
I discovered Simon and he has proven to be nothing short of a miracle. After testing the injury, Simon put together a bespoke rehabilitation programme for me, consisting of in person sessions and supported by a digital portal. The results have been incredible and not only am I pain free, but I have gained speed and explosiveness when I play sports.
Most importantly, throughout the process, Simon has been friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable.
If you do have an injury, old or new, I could not recommend Simon any higher.

Came in with a triggered case of sciatica and Simon was very knowledgeable and helped me greatly with my pain. After one session my back felt so much better and I was almost back to my usual self thanks to Simon. Would definitely recommend!

IQ Osteopathy is incredible. I've experienced back and ankle pain for 12+ years and tried a range of treatments including the chiropractor, physiotherapy, deep tissue and sports massage. The treatments never quite addressed the root cause of my pain and after 1 appointment with Simon, he was able to pinpoint them and develop a treatment plan. I cannot recommend him enough.

Simon was instrumental in properly diagnosing my serious spinal problem, even arranging an MRI scan which eventually led to surgery.

Simon has helped me with several issues. Old back injury, RSI in my arms and painful sciatic nerve. Ive seen quite a few fysio/osteos, but nobody like Simon. He knows to detect the issue very well and his approach really does help me with pain management and recovery in a fast noticable way and gives helpful homework for in between the sessions too. I have been going to Simon for over a year now and he has been amazing. I have really struggled with back pain due to working in healthcare but he has really helped me to relieve it. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else and would recommend if you are looking for an osteopath !

Simon has helped rehab stress fractured ribs, a fractured ankle and partially torn labrum in between countless sports massages to aid recovery during busy periods of training and quick turn around competition prep. Great experience, outstanding knowledge and patience; couldn’t do any of it without him.

I have been using simon for quite a few years now and i am always extremely happy with the service and care i recieve .
Simon is a friendly guy who offers a high end service with great after care and a great personality.
I unfortunately had to return this year after not doing enough strength work and focusing on just running . Simon helped to build my strength back up and i successfully ran Liverpool half marathon in march this year ( thanks to simon )
