Send a phone that is not charging. They offer as they said to refund which is only good thing. Next time they should make sure that their items are working before they shipped to the customer

Great customer service - company reached out after I had placed my order as a courtesy to point out that the ear pods I had ordered were not Apple but were of comparable functionality and quality. They let me know as there had been confusion in the past with some customers. They also promised that I could return the product if it was not to my satisfaction. No need to return, very satisfied customer
