The service has been positive from start to finish, from arranging work schedule and fitting through your installation. Vanessa was fantastic at ensuring I remained up to date with the process throughout and arranged any follow up appointments, answering questions or queries swiftly and efficiently.
The contractors on site were courteous , professional and friendly at all times. They ensured the least disruption to me whilst I was at home working. The job was completed quickly and all debris, etc removed after installation. System set up and programming was explained in a clear and understandable manner. Over all a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this company

IR Energy installed a solar PV system with a battery bank to my home. The components installed were top quality, Aiko Neostar panels and a GoodWe 16Kw battery. The install was completed in the time frame agreed and the team fitted and finished the install to a high quality. The Installation team were curtious and all my requests were dealt with to my satisfaction. The office team also are easy to contanct and do the upmost to make the job go trouble free. The system was commitioned a few days ago and is working well. The Sems+ contol App is also easy to use and gives many options on how to use or sell the generated electricity. If you are looking for a similar system. I would highly recommend IR Energy.

…we recently had solar installed by IR Energy….and couldnt be happier with the whole experience….the team were great from start to finish…. professional, tidy….and really easy to deal with….cameron was especialy helpful….taking the time to explain everything and making sure we undrestood how the system works…..the monitoring app is easy to use we can see exactly wht we’re generating and using…..which my husband is a big fan of…..its reassuring to be able to keep an eye on everything in real time……It was also very kind of laura to give us a call……to check up on our install afterwards……that extra touch of customer care really stood out….we’re already hoping to add a battery in the future……and will definiteley be coming back to IR Energy for that…….highly recommend…..!!!…

Me and my partner were originally hesitant about switching to solar but we are glad we took the step in the end. Ryan an his team have been very supportive from start to finish an we habe had a really good experience. We would reccomend ir energy to family and friends or anyone that was looking to cut their bills. We habe had about 35% reduction in our bills already and looking forward to seeing more reduction during spring an summer months. Laura has been very kind checking up on the progress of our solar install and the aftercare has been great. App good too we csn check our generation daily.

We had a really positive experience from start to finish with ir energy. The team was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the system adn installation process. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. We’re very happy with the system and would highly recommend them.

We have recently converted from oil to Solar energy (panels on roof) and an Air source heat pump.
After installation (by a different company) we were left with damage to our roof. After weeks trying to get this sorted with original supplier (and failing) I was put in touch with I R Energy .
My first contact was Vanessa, who took all the details and said she would look into it immediately and get back to me. She realised how stressed I was and was very reassuring that she would get it sorted .
Within the week an inspection was made of the damage and arrangements made for the work to be done.
Clive and his team repaired the roof ( no more leaks!) and also checked all the other work correcting anything that needed doing.
The team were highly skilled, pleasant and tidy. I cannot praise them enough!
Their help and advice has been invaluable.
Laura and Ryan have continued the EXCELLENT customer service , keeping in contact and currently assisting further with all other aspects of converting to Solar Power.

I had ryan and his team to rewire and make my property more eco friendly this kind of project was a different one that rya and his team had seen from turning a old run down bungalow into a 4 bedroom home, ryan’s on depth knowledge made the project run smoothly and even got the house future proofed for solar and 3 phase energy if need be.
