Bad packaging, OK products
The packaging got wet from the rain when it was delivered, so several of the items I bought were ruined when I opened it. The cleaning power is only ok.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Parcel hadn't arrived contacted them and two days later a new one was delivered. Excellent product smell amazing and clean really well.

I love iron and velvet
I love iron and velvet. This time I tried a different scent (coconut and lime). I don't particularly like it, much prefer mango. But I still love the concept and it's mega easy to use, and such low packaging. 8

Been using these products for years and…
Been using these products for years and love the quality and the smell. The only feedback I would say is the stickers are a nightmare to get off of glass bottles when you refill! Maybe offering an option that comes without additional stickers to save on waste would be helpful?

I am afraid we have to send labels with every order due to health and safety requirements. We agree this isn't the most eco-friendly option but it's a legal requirement. Our labels are plastic free, printed with biodegradable inks on recycled paper and can be popped into your recycling bin. Lots of our customers also stick their new labels directly over the old one when swapping to a new product!
