I'm a little confused by the negative 'scam' reviews. My experience was nothing but excellent. I tried to buy a mask however the payment system was having issues so I purchased from elsewhere. A couple of days later I got a call from James offering me a good deal. I cancelled my other order and went with ironmanmk5.com. The service after the initial payment issue was nothing short of fabulous, Sent next day, recieved and my 9 year old is thrilled! Thanks James!

bought iron man helmet 28th Jan nothing had been shipped for over a week despite me emailing checking for an update should have been delivered 2-3 days later

Called up spoke to a guy who said they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock and they would send me an alternative
Nothing has been sent and now avoiding calls.
Avoid at all costs have reports it to cyber security team to take down the website

ordered the MK5 mask for Christmas, a great deal of money. They have not sent it to me, and will not respond to emails calls or messages. I will need to raise a dispute and will have to disappoint my son on Christmas morning. Awful company

I ordered an item from james on the 29th Nov. On the 2nd Dec i contacted him for an update. he advised it will be posted on the 3rd and as a gesture of goodwill he upgraded me to the v2 option free of charge. This was great I thought. But i received no email. I called him again on the Wednesday and he said his team will be posting it out on Thursday. I still got nothing in my emails. Tried calling him on the 6th. went to voicemail. I sent him a text, no answer. called again but this time he bounced me straight to voicemail. I am in the process of going through the bank to get my money back. I have also reported his site to the authorities.

So after some days, today is the 07/12/2024 I still had not received any updates on my order or expected shipping / delivery. I have tried to get in touch with the shop through email, chat, and every contact form i found. Also telephone but have not received a reply on all platforms. So i contact my bank to get the money back. I think the Company should go unter investigation by police.

EVIL SCAM COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE JAILED

Looks like a scam company reselling products from Killerbody that don't reply to any questions once the order is placed.

Stay away from these scammers.
