Fantastic company and fantastic service! Andrew was extremely helpful with my order, when the Mastercard payment failed to go through (due to a fault at Mastercard's end). He even upgraded my delivery to next free of charge (and chased it up). I couldn't rate him highly enough. And a lovely person to boot! I would recommend them to anyone.

Hi Tony, I have now spoken to both our sales and warehouse teams.
In summary, I understand that you placed an order for an item sourced from our supplier Hoppe. Unfortunately in this instance, Hoppe did not have the item in stock and there was a lead time of 4 weeks.
You did not wish to keep the item on back-order, so we gave you an immediate refund.
Your initial review "4 week wait for items!!" gives the impression that you ordered an item from us and did not receive it for 4 weeks, and also that we did not communicate with you in the meantime.
When we make a mistake, we put our hands up and accept responsibility, however in this instance we have behaved professionally and promptly.
We believe that this review does not accurately reflect what happened, and we would respectfully ask you to please considering changing your rating.

Fantastic service
Placed a web order - delivered promptly. That’s when I realised I’d ordered the wrong item. Phoned the shop the next day & my replacement was there to pick up the next day. Great service guys. Oh, great price too!
