Fake products
Purchased a product. Tested negative for the item I purchased. I reached out professionally to request a refund or the option to send the order I paid $200.
I received an email back requesting the order photos and photos of the vials. I immediately replied with the items they were requesting. I then received a reply asking for the shipping order again, to which I replied to again with the shipping order info.
GHOSTED…..
They are just thieves selling fake products…find an overseas company before you attempt these guys. You’ll have way better luck.
Oh, and they stopped spamming me the minute I threw a flag. All communication has ceased.
Caveat emptor.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered multiple items one item came completely crystallized, I heated it up trying to get the product to go normal form. It did not and continued to crystallize. I reached out the company with no responses, I went to leave a negative review where they controlled and stopped the review from being posted and asked how they can fix the issue, I’ve sent photos and 20 emails and was told it’s being escalated to top priority to resolve 2 months of back and fourth and they are asking for more photos!
And proof of purchase which I have supplied 3 times! JOKE of a company! You should never order from them.

The Ligandrol was legit! My only complaint is the tracking updates were sporadic. Not a big deal just a bit No retailer even comes close to IML’s product quality and pricing. However, customer assistance is quite slow. Overall, fantastic experience.

Placed an order on Nov 6 2025, payment received and processed. Nov 7 2025 a label was created...and since that time, nothing. No product, no refund and no answers as to what or why. Just repeated emails with the nearly identical canned response and previous. Here I am on Nov 30, and still nothing.
