The support team is great

The support team is great! They always respond quickly...I've sent questions on a Saturday and gotten a response a few hours later. I'm frankly amazed by the level of service they provide. With their help, my yard has never looked better!

This is not a DIY sprinkler system unless you happen to be a plumber and can hook into your water main.

Hi Kevin, Irrigreen systems are significantly easier and faster to install compared to traditional irrigation systems. Like all systems, hook up to the main waterline and a backflow device are required. We encourage our customers to bring in licensed plumbers as needed to support the installation process. Trenching and laying pipe is the bulk of the work and many of our customers opt to do that piece on their own.

Customer service

They had a great up front sales interaction! Very easy to understand what I was getting and what I was paying for. I had some issues with some of the sprinkler heads after I installed them. Realized that some weren't working properly. They sent out new equipment right away. Asked me a few questions and asked me to return the devices when I got the new ones. Overall, good experience

No support for installing

I bought the product and trusted the company when you said there would be support where I live. Turns out it was not true, so I had to install traditional sprinklers to get the yard in and wet to comply with building requirements. Sadly, I spent A LOT of money on your product and it’s still sitting in a box!

While we have 100’s of Certified Installers across the US, there is nothing preventing an irrigation installer from installing an Irrigreen system. Issues with pressure and clogging.

I had it professionally installed. One of the units didn’t work and had to be replaced. After the system was installed, it acted really sporadically. It would shot 20 plus ft, then only 5ft. Some times the units would not pop up all the way and had to hand lifted. I am on a well pump that pulls from a lake. I increased the pressure. That helped some. I added a filter for debris, that seems to have helped. Prior to that I had to unscrew the sprinkler heads and clear the filters a few times. It is shutdown for the winter. I’m hopefully when I bring it live in the spring, all those changes will keep it running smoothly. I think I have the series 2 units.

Hi Charles, Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with your system. Sounds like you had 2 issues:
1. Low pressure. Our system requires constant pressure between 40-80 PSI. If you have the pressure in that range and still experience issues with throw distance or heads not popping up, please contact our support team and we can help you troubleshoot.
2. Unfiltered water. As you discovered, dirty water will quickly clog up the screens. Cleaning the screens will get the system back to optimal condition. But it is recommended to use filtered water with a 100 mesh/150 micron filter to best remove sand, grit, and particulates. If you need any guidance on filtering the pond water, please let us know.
With these issues rectified, it should be smooth sailing moving forward. Keep us posted. Thanks! Darren

I have nothing but great things to say…

I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences so far with Irrigreen. I worked with Thomas Norman who designed a custom installation for my property. He was easy to communicate with and was willing to make changes to make the design perfect. At no point did I feel any pressure to purchase the system, and he has opened up a line of communication to make sure the install will go smoothly. I will be doing the install myself, and I feel confident about it based on the information passed on to me from Irrigreen.

If I could rate a zero I would. Two installers, has been over a year still not finished. Paralyzed mother ordered it and 14,000 dollars later and now ghosted

99% AWESOME

Everything I ordered came quickly, heads are placed in middle of yard vs edge and fewer of them needed, software works as described and is easy to use, installed myself (but others may find this difficult), The only downside is that the water delivered at farthest reach is "heavy" and will dig into the yard. Almost impossible to use with dirt and seed. Works great on mature grass.

Beautiful lawn without wasting water.

My sprinklers work great and my lawn is beautiful all summer long. Support has been easy to work with when needed. I did the install myself for four lawns and 5 sprinkler heads. I have had the system for three years.

I would NOT recommend

I had one good season with it and then the head stopped working. I’m back to using a hose end sprinkler.

Easy to order and get delivered. They always answer questions when contacted. Took me awhile to find an installer but all went well even though it was his first time installing this system. .
All is good.
