In meiner Nachricht habe ich klar formuliert, dass mein Account dauerhaft geschlossen werden soll („bitte sperren Sie mein Konto für immer / ich bin spielsüchtig").
Der Anbieter bestätigte die Sperre jedoch nicht und ließ mein Konto weiterhin aktiv.
Trotz meines Sperrantrags konnte ich mich weiterhin einloggen, Einzahlungen vornehmen und am Glücksspiel teilnehmen.
Der Anbieter hat somit seine gesetzliche Pflicht zum Spielerschutz verletzt.
