Website is very user friendly. i recommend that rather than showing various sizes and then telling you when you try to put in in your cart if it is sold out, that you just don’t show sizes that are unavailable.

I bought a christening gown since june 29 and they said it would ship in a 2-3 day range, today is july 12 and I still haven’t received my gown muñy son’s christening was suppose to be last friday and I had to postpone it because of you.

Dear Mrs Lobeira, Thank you for your message. When placing your order, there is an option to include a date needed and a comment section. In your order both items were blank. Your order was flagged as potential fraud because of the incorrect billing address, our team reached out you via email July 1 as your order was flagged as potentially fraud. We updated the billing details when you emailed back, but again no deadline was mentioned. Because at the time you placed your order the wrong billing information was input, the order entered our system July 2nd when this was corrected. With the 4th of July holiday, your order shipped in 2-3 business days on July 7th via our free shipping option. You were emailed a shipment confirmation when the item shipped, which includes tracking and estimated delivery date, and USPS delivered July 13th. We are sorry to hear that the gown did not arrive in time for your event due to the tight timeline of your order and billing address issue. We hope that the rescheduled event is memorable and special for your family. Wishing you safety and health in these strange times.

Absolutely amazing service! Was able to set up and appointment for my daughter to try dresses. We had plenty of time, no rushing, and we were able to try on multiple dresses along with accessories to get an accurate look. Lovely experience!

What wonderful customer service
What wonderful customer service! I was able to expedite this precious romper and matching booties for my baby's baptism and it was so beautiful. It's nice that they make lovely rompers/bubbles for bigger babies unlike other companies who stop at 9m!
