In response to the prompt reply that I received from Isabel Garreton I would like to share the following.
The cleaner reimbursed me for the cost of the Christening ensemble. The cleaner suggested that it might have been "a fluke" and encouraged me to order another.

Quality, style, and color are fabulous!

The dresses are absolutely stunning, and even better in person. I am so excited for my daughter to wear hers for her First Communion, it is just better than I imagined it to be.

The dress has not arrived but it is elegantly Perfect for a very tall four year old who wears a 7. Young looking yet fitted for her. Thank you!!

We got the dress within 2-3 weeks. It was packaged beautifully in its own zipped bag. It fit Wren perfectly - she wears a 6 and the 6 worked. Plenty long for our rather tall girl. Fabric and flowers were lovely. Thank you

You will not be dissatisfied with any of the garments or accessories you choose from them.

Veronica went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my daughter. She was very responsive and made several suggestions that really helped me make a better informed decision on my daughter’s Communion dress and size recommendations based on my daughter’s special needs. She answered numerous questions, emailed me with follow up questions and several phone calls. In these times, when a lot of people have seem to have lost their moral compass and just plain respect for one another; I can not say enough about Veronica’s customer service and her coworkers Josh and Jitka. They all have gone above and beyond to make this the easiest experience for a burned out nurse. Thank you all for your help and understanding. Michelle

When I called about ordering for my granddaughter, the gentleman that helped me was so kind and explained everything. He took my order. I have not received it yet, but feel so comfortable about any concerns or questions I might have had and am so excited to get it. I feel comfortable with their customer service just talking to him. Every dress is so beautiful, hard to pick just one.

Everything is beautiful. Excellent quality and design. Perfect for my baby granddaughter’s baptism.

I have not received my order. I am not impressed with the shipping time thus far. Any updates?

Beautiful quality. Easy to work with. They called me a couple of times to update me on my order, confirm sizings, and to confirm date needed by.

Customer service representative was understanding, efficient and effective.

I placed the order for my daughter’s baptism dress 3 weeks ago and indicated the date of the event, which is fast approaching and still have not received any communication on fulfillment or shipping. I followed up with the company, following the instruction provided and still have not received any updates as to when the order will be shipped. Meanwhile, I have received the order and shipping updates for my other children’s attire. Very poor customer service. I recommend ordering their products from another vendor for better customer service. I have ordered their products from Maisonnette previously, but could not due to limited supply and options.
