Warning do not order from this company !!!

Order a v3 fatboy in December was told would get it 2nd week January nothing come contact them then was told 1st week February waited ended up calling back then was told late March early April so I cancelled my order was told 5 to 10 business days for my refund called back after 15 days still no refund been now 25 days since cancelled and still no refund email daily tried to call number doesn’t call anymore going to get a flight to Queensland next week and go in person to the new shop and get my money and also making them pay for my flights this is completely ridiculous and so rude of them i recommend to everyone do not order or buy from them you will regret it and there no communication is crap don’t know how there business is still operating

Worst after sale service ever

Worst after sale service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AT ALL< THEY ARE CHEATERS.

Received my bike full damaged and ripped off carton with missing items inside and no response from these people at all, not even replying at all. Everyday I am trying to send them multiple emails but no response, they have no contact number to deal with them, please be aware of them.

Zero customer service ridiculous outdated system zero assistance from staff or response . Took my money didn’t provide the product at all so now I’m $179 out of pocket
Dreadful company I’d rather burn my money than use these dogs again

Terrible after sales service

Do not buy from this Business.
After sales service is terrible. Our Scooter failed near new and they won't respond to calls and emails regarding warranty. Suggest you read google warranty reviews to see what you are in for. Their responses on there arent what you will actually receive when dealing with them

Disappointing and inconvenient experience

I asked them if a kit was compatible with my e-bike - they assured me it was, so I purchased it. After taking apart my bikes mechanics, I learnt that it wasn't. I reached out and let them know that it wasn't compatible despite being told it was. I asked if there was an adaptor, or if not, if I could return it for a refund. They didn't even acknowledge anything I said, just gave me the return details. I asked if they would cover the costs of the return given the circumstances - but still no apology or acknowledgment of the situation, just advising me that "For all refunds or returns, the cost of postage is the responsibility of the person returning the goods."

I understand people make mistakes, and whoever is reading this is most likely not responsible, however, no apology or acknowledgement of your team's mistake is a pretty poor experience. Making me responsible for the cost of your mistake seems unfair.

Despite how inconvenient and disappointing the experience has been, it would have been fine had someone at least apologised. Making exceptions to the cost of return rule would have been a great opportunity to turn a poor customer experience around.

I personally don’t think saving $10 - $15 in postage is worth the poor customer experience over time.

I cancelled my order before dispatch…

I cancelled my order before dispatch after iScoot confirmed they could not deliver within the agreed timeframe. The cancellation was acknowledged and refund processing was discussed.

Despite this, the item was dispatched the following day after cancellation, without my authorisation.

I immediately contacted iScoot to arrange return of the unused item. They refused to provide a return label or arrange collection, then stopped responding to my emails entirely.

The matter was only resolved after escalation through my bank’s complaints process. While I have now been refunded, the handling of the cancellation, unauthorised delivery, refusal to facilitate return of unused goods, and lack of communication was extremely disappointing.

Based on this experience, I would not purchase from iScoot again.

Rip off

Review is really zero stars had scooter for 1 week battery wouldn’t charge ran around did every test they asked of me just to be told at the end that the battery is faulty and out of stock! So asked what was going to be done because battery should last more than 1 week just to be ignored no reply. These guys are scabs ripping people off!!!

BEWARE - FAULTY PRODUCTS - ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

My CycleBoard Rover was great for a couple weeks then it failed to charge. I submitted a warranty claim on 29 May 2025 and they told me that I was the one who would be up for the return shipping costs ($251!). After weeks of organizing a return, they finally picked it up on 25 June 2025. As of writing this, they still have the scooter, and they have failed to notify me of the progress of the repair/return. I have sent them two letters of demand, the most recent one stating that I am no longer interested in seeking repairs for the scooter and I just want my money back. I have yet to hear from them. According to the ACCC, it is unlawful to request a customer to pay for return shipping when it is not convenient to do so (e.g large bulky items). I wish i knew this before paying the return shipping. This company has caused nothing but time, pain and money. They still have possession of my scooter and are refusing to talk to me or refund me, or tell me about possible repairs progress. I have had to lodge multiple complaints including proceedings in the Civil Courts and Tribunal. Do not buy from this company. If your scooter fails, that's it. No guarantees and you will be left on your own to figure it out after you spend thousands on an electric scooter.

Extremely disappointed that our refund…

Extremely disappointed that our refund has not yet been processed. Have been emailing for over a week on $2000 purchase and no indication or when we will receive our money. I didn’t want to post this review as I was hoping the team would process but nothing. Please be careful with this company.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with iScoot

Extremely disappointed with my experience with iScoot. I ordered the scooter on 27th February, being told it was on its way almost immediately. After 2.5 weeks of waiting, when followed up they said that it was returned due to not being delivered to an office that has monday to saturday 9-5 availability. They called me back the same day saying that the scooter had been returned to the warehouse on that day and a return of scooter only (not shipping) will be issued. I will not be purchasing any items from iScoot again. I recommend avoiding this company!

Avoid iscoot!

Read reviews before you buy! These guys are dodgy and an ‘at home business’
Segway C2 pro on their website states 60kg max weight (still as I write this they haven’t updated their website) but it’s only 50kg. I purchased it thinking the pro was an upgraded version for my tween. They admitted their website was wrong but now state I have to pay return shipping (heavy item) that won’t be refunded, only product cost once received. They state a worker has just taken the scooter for a test and he can go max speed in their warehouse so the Segway weight limits apparently don’t apply. I’d hate to have a warranty issue or any other issue with a scooter purchased from iscoot. Stay away and purchase elsewhere!
