Bought an Ishga product about a week ago (mainly because one of the main ingredients is seaweed) - noticed it was quite thick and didn't seem to come out of its container. I could see no dispensing pump but thought something must be wrong, considering the price.

I phoned & asked for advice and was told there should be a pump. Reallized then, the pump had sheared off and was stuck in the lid. I thought the container was glass and was very worried. I was told other people had experienced similar problems.

Very scared as thought might have put glass on my face together with the moisturiser. Contacted them again and emailed about 5 photos on request - was asked to resend photos but then nothing.

Following day decided to ask payment card for a refund - which received very promptly from Ishga and was then told by an email from Ishga that acknowledged a refund had been sent - that the container was plastic after all - but still feel uncomfortable for other Customers of Ishga - as don't think this packaging is good enough.

This is a fairly expensive product & shouldn't have a pump which is able to shear off like this when you open the container and becomes stuck in the lid.

This product is meant for your face and close to your eyes.

This is not about the product - which i think is amazing and hope it continues with some improvements to their packaging and not about money but Product Safety for other Customers who might be using this product which believe is a best seller. This is the reason am writing a review.

Think this could have been handled much better and maybe would have expected being involved in testing a redesign of the packaging.

It seems you can dream.

amazing products, 1st introduced to them at my spa, theyve changed brand now but i stick with ishga. great gifts and i find everything works so well on my skin - it is pricey but i think im worth it!

Support an island product and after the starter box was very pleased to note the products are excellent. Smooth, light face cream which does hydrate my skin. Their muscle oil really did ease painful joints in the evening. It’s light and absorbs well.

As with all the products I have uses the toner is no exception for quality. Not at all drying but does help tone skin after cleansing, gentle bit effective. Wonderful service, pleased again!

Fabulous marine cream.
My daughter uses the products and highly recommended them to me. I'm now hooked. Love the way the cream feels on the skin, not greasy just blends in so easily and smells lovely.
Happy to be supporting a Scottish company too.

Sadly I forgot to check ingredients and took spas word about how natural the product was but very disappointed to read it ls full of chemicals as well as the lovely natural ingredients!! Sodium laureth sulphate , sodium chlorine being 2 of the main culprits .

Came across the brand via the FT's How To Spend It magazine - decided to try a few products, both for me, and for gifts to others. Excellent service - delighted with the quality of the products would and I am already a repeat buyer (soap bas and shampoo)

Lovely facial care products, feel fresh a smooth after using them. The hand sanitiser is really useful for sanitising between dance partners, as its not sticky, dries quickly and has lovely fresh smell.

I have been buying Ishga products for some time now, and was delighted that I could buy smaller sizes for going travelling. Whether it is the body oil, the nourishing cream or simply the soap, these products are outstanding, and for me with very sensitive skin, I just LOVE them

After menopause facial chin spots likecteenage achne..nothing fixed it invested in this range not cheap but totally fixed it particularly face cream and nourishing face oil amazing..you think spots and oil a no go but after research and trying other brands theirs was amazing.cannot recommend highly enough..I spend 6-8 weeks abroad each year in sun these really re nourish have had many comments re skin this year

I bought this for a good friend who has been very helpful. She tells me the lotion has left her skin feeling very soft and smooth.
It arrived sooner than expected and well, but not over- packaged.

I live in Spain., I often buy online , the seller being aware of customs duties in Spain , and the goods arrive with no problem . This shipment and payment and updates was immediacy efficient . A week later I received info from Spanish customs impossible bureaucracy for 40€ . So abandoned . Seller should either organisé export or inform European buyers that they are unable to ship. Very disappointed .

Marine cream is an absolute delight to use, skin is feeling strong, hydrated and clear.

I recently took part in a zoom consultation with Helena, it was an amazing 30 mins where I learned about the proper application of the products. Helena went out of her way to help and suggest little tips, that I had never thought of before, to get the full benefit from the products. It is £30 for the consultation which is redeemable against any product, a total win win situation. 100% recommend.

Have recently begun to use Ishga and am very impressed. Bought the serum and am loving it.

I purchased ishga muscle recovery oil recently. It’s a lovely product that l just love to use. It leaves a great aroma along with being a superb feeling on the skin. It’s well worth it for home use a welcomed treat.

Recently purchased hydra+& regenerating face serum. Has really helped red/inflamed patches on cheeks. Feels very comfortable on my skin. Soothing.

I use a number of Ishga products, they are all special. The face oil not only smells lovely but feels so good on my skin. My face always feels softer after applying.

Absolutely love Ishga products. They can be expensive but a little goes a long way and each product lasts for ages. Ishga offer a great reward scheme too. Their products are too good not to use .. try them

I bought this face cream a year ago when my face skin was bad and couldn’t love it more! I have returned to this shop again. When my skin gets out of control, red, itchy and sore this cream has been a lifesaver. Its soothing gentle formula restores balance on my skin, stops it from itching and quickly heals. I bought the serum this time to. I hope it’s just as good as the hydra+marine cream. I will keep you posted on that one.
