Terrible, rude sales person

I purchased merchandize online from Pleats please in NYC. I had a problem with ups delivery and I was unable to contact ups. I contacted the pleats please store in nyc, hoping as a store/ commercial customer of ups they had a better way to contact them and resolve the problem.
I called the store and spoke to one of the associates, who from the get go repeated that this is a ups problem out of their hands. She agreed to call ups. About 90 minutes later I called again. The associate said she sent me an e mail… and kept repeating there was nothing she could do and this was not their problem. No phone call. It was my problem and if the package was returned to them I would have to place a new order and the old one would be cancelled. She was very rude, and said she has been “very patient with me” and there is nothing she could do. I asked for a manager, I was told to send a message to the “help” e mail. There was no sign of trying to help at all.
I shop enough online and had similar issues where the store helped with shipping issues without a problem. It is their issue, not the shippers because they engage the shipper. Until the merchandize is in my hand it is also the problem of the store. Not the attitude you expect when you spent $4,000, the content of the package, and you are a regular customer spending thousands of dollars in the store annually.
By the way the package was redelivered the same day after I made several calls. I wonder if the sales person bothered to call ups at all. This person does not belong to a luxury store as a sales person. Totally clueless.

Seductive and Unique

I absolutely loved this perfume! I first got a sample from Issey Miyake, and it’s truly a seductive fragrance. My husband has been using it for a year now, and he refuses to switch — that says a lot about how unique and captivating it is. The scent is another level, really sophisticated and memorable. The only downside is that it isn’t very long-lasting, but the fragrance itself makes it worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something elegant and distinct.

Treating Customer Like a Fool

Purchased a pair of trousers for 560 euros but got no email confirmation or tracking code. Contacted customer service 5 days later, they were kind, stating that had no idea why the confirmation email and tracking were not sent. They provide the tracking code from DHL and immediately stated that they found there is no information that can be found in that tracking code. The next day they come back to me stating that DHL lost the parcel and processed the refund. However, I found everything from that collection was out of stock, which has all the sizes when I purchased and the tracking didn't show that DHL picked the goods. All in all, it's more likely they had the wrong updates in stock and were afraid to admit it as an error but lied to the customer. Not smart.

Great aftershave

Great aftershave. If Eau de Issey managed to get women to approach me and compliment me on on what a nice aftershave I was wearing - then it's surely good enough for any man.
Never in 25 years bothered changing back to anything else. If I get a gift and it's not Issey, it gets binned or re-gifted.
