Had Peyronie's
Had Peyronie's, no erectile dysfunction. That detail turned out to be the most important thing, and this clinic was the only one that actually bothered to ask about it. Contacted quite a few clinics before finding these lot. Every single one said the same thing: Titan implant, that's your answer. I'd already had a go at shockwave therapy and PRP for the fibrosis with no joy, so I was starting to come round to the idea. Was pretty much ready to agree to the implant.
When I got in touch with this clinic and explained my situation, first thing they asked was whether I had any ED alongside the fibrosis. When I said no, the whole conversation shifted completely. They explained a grafting procedure where they take out the fibrous plaque and replace it with reconstructive tissue, and said that in my case an implant wasn't needed at all and my sexual function wouldn't be affected. Not one other clinic had mentioned any of this to me. Flew out to Istanbul and had the surgery done. It's been about three months now. Fibrosis is gone. There is one minor thing, the area where the tissue was replaced is slightly visible when things are relaxed and hasn't fully settled yet, but during erection everything is completely normal and I didn't need an implant or anything else sorted.
My advice to anyone in a similar boat: don't just go with the first solution you're given, even if it sounds dead convincing. Find a clinic that actually specialises in this properly, get more than one opinion, have a proper look around. The difference between the right solution for your situation and a generic one can be massive.
