The product does not really do anything more than a conventional hoover and is no better than the hand tool on my current vacuum .
More importantly the purchase has unwittingly put me into a subscription service which I did not sign up for and they have already taken money from my account and are refusing to refund.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner and only just two weeks ago did i discovered that they been charging my card monthly for their so call subscription. I have no idea what I subscribed too and i definitely did not choose to subscribe to anything at point of check out. Purchase at your own risk. The vacuum cleaner can be easily found elsewhere at cheaper price. Be aware of this company that scam people. They also start spamming your email and will not stop even if you choose unsubscribe.

This vac had been sold under different names & different companies, but it is the same company from China just changing their company name. AND the product is much more expensive than previously advertised. This vac DOES NOT work as demonstrated. The suction is so weak, it won't pick up anything! Fake reviews, fake videos & forget about returning the product. They want you to return it to China. Do not waste your money or time on this scam company & product.

Do not buy from this company! It’s a scam. Ordered in December and despite repeatedly trying to get hold of the company I still have not received my order 3 months later. Total SCAM.

On Behalf of my Elderly mother, I quote: "Do not purchase anything from iSterilize Company. On 1/8/25, I ordered one of their dust mite vacuums. They sent two and charged both to my credit card. There was no telephone number to reach them. I emailed them and requested them to instruct me what the process was to send one back that I had only ordered one. They responded they do not accept returns or give refunds. They stated that that is how they offer the best discounts to their customers and since mine was a discounted item, they cannot accept the return or refund the money. Supposedly, per their statement, that is how they are able to offer great discounts to their customers. This is a complete scam. They obviously operate on deceitful business practices and are scammers /fraudsters."

Avoid this company!!! Unless you carefully read the super small print, you’ll discover that you’ve not only purchased a device but a monthly subscription that “allows you” first access to upcoming deals. Total scam.

Don’t bother, took payment without me actually completing the order. Then a few days later my card details were leaked and various “new companies” tried to process payments. Luckily I my card stays on block mode until I purchase something so they didn’t go through. Still not received the order, however even if I do I’m guessing it’s going to be cheap and nasty.

I'm giving this review for product and company name both are same it is called ISTERILIZE.
Haven't completed my order , just entered bank details and then changed my mind to buy it later, but money was deducted from account of 93$ first , when contacted they sent mail saying that have i completed placing order and payment, but for us without code it is not possible to complete the order but they are very smart , then i thought ok it's my mistake to enter my bank details, but after 10 days ,again they took money of 46$ from myaccount , this time i don't even know when they took money, i came to know when i checked my bank statement, in their purchase policy it is clearly said they don't intiate payment without mail confirmation, and also how my bank details are saved when i clearly didn't choose such option, looks very fraud and i blocked my card now and reported to cyber department, recieived the product, but that product doesn't have any name as isterilize, company is in US , received product from china, i have received fake product. Bad experience with online shopping
