Grosfillex Avis 

We ordered approximately 50 pool sun loungers from Grosfillex. Unfortunately, the 49 sun loungers delivered were of different designs, despite our expectation that they would all be uniform.
We contacted Grosfillex to report the issue. However, as the pool season was about to begin, we had no choice but to use the sun loungers as delivered.

To date, we have not received an apology or a satisfactory response from Grosfillex regarding this matter. We are disappointed with both the incorrect delivery and the lack of customer service in resolving the issue.
We expected a consistent product and a more professional response from a reputable company such as Grosfillex.

Have had one of their products and wanted to buy another. However impossible to find a sales outlet on their website and contact page is 404.

Non comprate le loro porte a soffietto, hanno una sola chiave nella confezione, ed è impossibile fare il doppione da un ferramenta, perché è una chiave troppo particolare.
Gli ho scritto via mail per capire come risolvere il problema, anche pagando, ma non mi hanno mai risposto

Anni fa mio padre mi regalò due sdraio da giardino Grosfillex; belle, solide e robuste, di quelle che durano. Adesso purtroppo papà non c'è più e anche se ho avuto a distanza tanto tempo un piccolo problema con una delle due sdraio non la volevo cambiare, anche per il valore affettivo. Ho contattato la ditta per email e in tempi da record non solo mi hanno risolto il problema, ma lo hanno anche fatto gratuitamente. BRAVI !! E ancora grazie di cuore...
