Update:
The withdrawal has now been successfully processed and received.
The process took longer than expected and communication could definitely be improved, but I appreciate that the payment was ultimately completed.

I participated in the ITBFX March trading contest and won first place. As a result, I received a real trading account with a $1000 credit.
I traded on the account and made $1000 profit while following all the rules.
I submitted my withdrawal request on April 14. Since then, I have contacted support multiple times via Telegram and tickets.
Unfortunately:
* My tickets were closed without resolution
* I keep receiving generic responses like "your request has been forwarded"
* No clear timeline or update has been provided
I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, but I am concerned about the lack of transparency and communication.
I am simply requesting a clear update and fair processing of my withdrawal.
I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

Regarding your pending withdrawal request, we want to bring an important matter to your attention. Our compliance team has identified that profits were generated on your account during the Rollover period, during which all positions should have been closed due to a technical issue on our platform.
As clearly stated in our Terms of Business:
"The Company reserves the right to suspend, close, or unwind any Transaction which has resulted from any misconfiguration, technical error... Under such circumstances, the Company shall be entitled to withdraw any profits and charge any costs which it deems, in its sole discretion, to have been inappropriately gained."
In accordance with this policy, all trades executed during the Rollover window will be fully disregarded neither the profits nor the losses will be counted. This is the fairest possible resolution, ensuring that neither party benefits from or is penalized due to a technical error.

I traded for a little over a 1 month. Execution was fast, and trading was comfortable. The platform didn’t freeze even once during this time. The connection was stable with no interruptions. There were no issues with deposits or withdrawals.
I’m satisfied with the broker. No complaints about the functionality.

Scam Broker, stay away from ITBFX
I traded with this broker and even made a profit. My deposit was processed without any issue — but when I tried to withdraw, the request got stuck on “Payment Due” and has stayed there ever since.
Despite the withdrawal showing as pending for a long time, I received nothing. And once I started asking about my money, support completely stopped responding.
This is my experience: they process your deposit instantly, but your withdrawal never arrives. Avoid this platform.
