iteach Avis

Overall I have not had a negative experience with iteach, however, at times I feel like it is not user friendly. I recently was wondering why my new course wasn't showing up and I could not figure out why... one of the quizzes was 1 point away from passing and it never flagged. I also feel like I am having to reach out a ton for 'what's next'. As a new teacher, as well as a mom, I am already super busy. I wish everything was laid out in a user friendly way. I have fellow teachers in the program constantly asking me..."what's next?" because they too have no idea what is exactly next.

If ever I needed help or had a question, everyone was very helpful. The information that I learned in these classes has been very helpful so far and I'm sure I will enhance all my classes in the future.

Process was confusing and exhausting.
The first course was all about the process, but I feel like the process and steps taken were completely out of order in reality and much more difficult to comprehend.
Most scenarios are not very realistic in an actual classroom. I feel under prepared as I enter this next year, and I feel like other programs have helped me more than this one.

I have emailed a few times. Everytime, I get a friendly, timely and detailed response. This has made the process of getting my alternative certificate much less stressful. I started with a different company and had a pretty bad experience. I switched to ITeach and have not regretted it.

Loved the variation from videos to graphs and other visuals. It wasn’t just reading material. Wished there was a faster grading turnaround.

The curriculum in the early courses was interesting and well organized. The later courses were very useful as well. The clinical courses were extremely useful to me as well. Overall, iteach is a great organization!

iTeach has been very easy to use and it has helped me pass my exams. Highly recommend.

I appreciated the ease of use, prompt answers to my questions, relevant materials, self-pacing, and my field supervisor was so helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this program to colleagues or anyone seeking certification.

The process to get started and accepted is easy and straightforward. Everything is online which is convenient. The professors/teachers/admin are all VERY helpful and quick to respond.

Iteach is a great program. I would recommend to anyone.

Iteach has been instrumental in my journey to becoming a certified teacher. Their program was timely, resourceful, and highly professional, providing me with the knowledge and steps I needed to succeed. The staff at iteach were always available to offer support and guidance, making the process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend iteach to anyone looking to pursue a career in teaching.

This has been a rewarding journey & has helped to prepare me as a classroom teacher. I highly recommend Iteach as your alternative choice.

Outstanding customer service and preparation!

The process is clearly outlined and simple to follow for self-motivated people. I had my SOE and first job offer within 7 weeks; two more job offers followed the next two weeks.

The iTeach courses are great for pedagogy. Study.com is better for subject-related content mastery. You’ll be grateful for Study.com when you’re taking your state test.

iTeach is a phenomenal program that allows you to complete your coursework while gaining hands on a experience. The ease of the program and the authenticity of the assignments make gaining your certification as a busy parent and spouse achievable. I already have my Bachelors and Masters degree and felt led to return to education after exploring other careers. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I did not like the fact that I could only test in what iTeach approved. I graduated from college 30+ years before I started iTeach. My degree was in home economics but my experience for all those years after graduating were in elementary school. I was only allowed to register for the EC-6 after tutoring. It was such a long discouraging process. But I did finally get a teaching job for 2024-2025 year.

I was able to complete everything at my own pace, which was extremely helpful, especially during some rough times. They were always very timely in response to any questions I had.

I have had a great experience with I teach.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. When I lost my daughter last year they were very understanding and gave me time to grieve.

My field experience instructor was absolutely amazing! She was so honest and kind. I felt like maybe some of the learning material was outdated as teaching has changed rapidly with technology. Overall, happy that I made the choice for iTeach.

iTeach was very communicative, professional, and so easy to work with! I am a working professional who returned to get my Principal Certification. iTeach made this possible for me to do with ease and expertise!
