This company is a fraud. Be aware. They will set you up with a provider, however, they will bill your credit card months later with no warning. I used a provider to help with my website and paid him $525 through the site last June. Then, in October random and irregular charges started showing up on my credit card for $200 each. In December and January they charged me three of these each month! There are no invoices since last June and no work listed on my account for them. They are simply stealing money through unauthorized billings. I only noticed when I was doing my taxes. They have no phone number and no address. There is no way to complain about this. Do not use them under any circumstances. And if you already have, delete your account and report them to the FTC, FBI and your credit card company.

I used a freelancer from these scammers & that person charged ludicrous amounts of time that was not spent. A project that was agreed to be around £200 was charged at over £3k.
Then since closing the contract this company regularly (cleverly its sporadic) continues to take over £500 out of my account hoping i dont notice.
I have reported them to the police & my bank for fraud.

I used the service 3 years ago. My credit card got charged several times last year without a reason. I only got back half of it. No reply on emails anymore.

If you have used this service, block your credit card immediatelly. They will try to charge you without any work. They tried first to charge for 2500$ 2 years ago. Now they charged 150$.
We dont have any work their, no job published, no card registered any more, but still they are trying.

Last time they said it was a bug in their system and refunded. But it's fraud!

Horrible experience! I was charged multiple times for services that I did not authorize. Even after closing my entire account with ITHire, my credit card was charged five additional times a year after canceling my account and three years after the last time I paid for a service with them. Unbelievable. Currently disputing the charges. Beware!!!
