LA Flooring in the Villages FL ordered from your company
LA Flooring in the Villages FL ordered floor tiles for me from this company (over 1,000sq ft) and there were over 20 boxes that had cracked tiles. When LA flooring called ITM would not honor any of those tiles already paid for and made LA flooring pay for 20 more boxes. I don't agree that LA flooring should have had to pay again for tiles that were cracked during transit.

Excellent quick service for very specific product
I needed some USB caps which had to be a certain size in order to do what I needed. Throughout the shopping experience all the information I needed was very easy to find. There was an issue with stock levels but this was resolved very quickly and I was kept informed throughout. The products have been great and they fitted and served their purpose first time. I would definitely use them again.
