Ordered early december and items were listed as in stock but they were not so transaction was postponed until after newyear. As a result import taxes had to be paid.

I had been trying to find a specific…
I had been trying to find a specific type of computer cable for some time, then I came across ITM. Firstly, they appear to have every cable ever made, in a broad range of lengths and a choice of grades. Choosing the right cables on their website was easy and so was ordering online. The cost was a little high, due to transport, but that is beyond ITM's control. I emigrated to an Eastern European country, so I wasn't sure how the delivery would go, but I was informed of a very expedient despatch and given a DHL tracking number, which meant I could watch the package's progress. The package arrived earlier than I expected and was door to door (some carriers require you to collect in the country I'm in).

Great item
Great item. Exactly what I needed. Good communication from sales. Considering what I spent I would have expected free delivery or at least a faster delivery for what it cost. But I guess that may be due to COVID restrictions so can’t really complain. Very happy with the service and item.
